Diverse morphology zinc oxide films formulations and characterizations

Abstract This chapter describes the detailed processes involved in the synthesis/deposition of ZnO thin films. The ZnO thin films can be deposited using various techniques, such as spin-coating, spay pyrolysis, sputtering and physical vapor deposition. The chapter summarizes the various modifications carries out over the years to improve the thin film deposition of ZnO. It also highlights the various characterization techniques which are necessary for the characterization of the ZnO thin films.
