水中微量毒鼠強的GC/MS/MS測定法

Objective: To study the method and condition for detection of tetrame thylendisulfotetramin in water by GC/MS/MS. Methods: All samples were purified by benzene, anhydrous sodium sulfate, active carbon, and then analyzed by GC/MS/MS. Results: The detection limit was 1.0 pg/kg, coefficient of variation was 3.9%~5.4%, the rate of recovery was 9.2%~94.8%. Conclusion: The method was sensitive, selective, repeatable and accurate.
