Wiring from a distance-let’s not waste time!!!

2016
Anomalies of coronary arteries are a surprise and adds to the toil during primary angioplasty. A preplanned strategy is definite necessity to save time where `time means muscle`. We hence present a case of `wiring anomalous right coronary artery (RCA)   from a distance’. A robust technique has been identified to wire this vessel when it arises from left coronary sinus. Using a relatively shorter guide facing the left sinus, giving the wire a wider curve and counter- clockwise torque will successfully help to wire such vessels. There are various case reports showing many techniques for wiring such vessels and this may be one among them.
