The invention relates to a method and a device of control power transmission detection, in particular to a method and a device of low voltage switch decompression reclosure control power transmission detection. The device of the low voltage switch decompression reclosure control power transmission detection comprises a main case. A single chip microcomputer is arranged inside the main case. The single chip microcomputer is connected with a bus voltage signal input module, a control key input module, a data input (DI) module, a display module and a relay output module. The control key input module is connected with keys arranged on the front face of the main case. The display module is connected with a light crystal display (LCD) screen in the front face of the main case. The keys are arranged on the lower face of the LCD screen. A wire connecting terminal is arranged on the back face of the main case. The wire connecting terminal corresponds to the busbar voltage signal input module, the DI module and the relay output module. Reclosure can be achieved through detection of a reclosure controller power source, decompression of a busbar voltage input signal and a stage that a controlled low voltage switch is in a partitive case and automatic reclosure control can be achieved by setting delay time so that working intensity of an operator is reduced and reliability of power supply is improved.
