Effect of Decom Pression Nursing Training on Visual Function Recovery after Early Glucocorticoid Shock TheraPy for Neuromyelitis Optica

2020
To evaluate the effect of early glucocorticoid shock therapy on optic neuromyelitis and decompression nursing training on visual function recovery. The total effective rate of visual acuity assessment after treatment in the study group was 92.50%, while that in the control group was 62.50%. the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, the scores were (80.54.8) and (74.24.8) respectively, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05); During the treatment, no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients. after treatment, the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.0%, while that in the control group was 42.9%. the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Early glucocorticoid shock therapy for neuromyelitis optica can promote the recovery of vision and daily living ability of patients, and has a significant effect.
