Excess compressibilities for the binary mixtures of aqueous methylene blue solutions in the low concentrations of different solutes at 303.15K

Excess compressibilities and other excess thermodynamic parameters of binay mixtures of aqueous solutions of methylene blue (0.002 M) in methanol, formaldehyde and dimethyl formamide (DMF) are evaluated at 303.5K. Ultrasonic interferometer working at 1 MHz was used to measure the velocities in the individual and the binary mixture solutions. An attempt has been made to explain the behaviour of liquid mixtures of aqueous methylene blue on the basis of the sign and magnitude of the excess functions like compressibility, molar volume, enthalpy, Gibb's free energy, etc
