The invention relates to a stator iron core for a motor. Two or more groups of stator iron core arc segments are spliced together so as to form the stator iron core; the number of the groups of the stator iron core arc segments is corresponding to the number of the phases of the motor; wire incoming and outgoing positions of the phases of the motor are located between the stator iron core arc segments; the stator iron core arc segment includes rectangle-shaped stamped sheets and arc keys; the yoke of each rectangle-shaped stamped sheet is provided with one or more dovetail grooves; the rectangle-shaped stamped sheets are laminated so as to form the stator iron core arc segment; the arc keys are shaped to match the dovetail grooves; and screw threaded holes connected with the base of the motor are formed at the outer circumferential direction of the arc key. According to the stator iron core, the rectangle-shaped stamped sheets are laminated circumferentially so as to from the stator iron core arc segments; and the stamped sheets can be made of high-permeability silicon steel sheets, and the output of the motor can be increased. The invention also relates to a motor comprising the stator iron core.
