The present invention relates to production process of pigskin garment leather. Raw pigskin is produced into facial garment leather through the steps of mechanical elimination of meat, defatting, coating enzyme, pulling hair, coating ash, eliminating ash, softening, soaking in acid, tanning, dissection, cutting to even, re-tanning, dyeing, drying, softening and painting; and the second and third layer of leather is produced into suede garment leather through rubbing, re-tanning, dyeing, drying, softening and brushing. The present invention features the tanning liquid amount of 0.5-1 time of leather, tanning temperature of 36-37 deg.c, tanning time of 8-12 hr, tanning liquid with RE salt of 0.4 % and chrome tannage of 6 %, and the recovering of waste tanning liquid. The present invention can obtain soft, plumpy, elastic, fine leather product in the style of sheep leather, and the production process has less effluent and less environmental pollution.
