Method for preparing cadmium telluride film and device used by method

The invention relates to a method for preparing a cadmium telluride film and a device used by the method. The device comprises an evaporation source loading plate and a substrate fixing plate, wherein the evaporation source loading plate is arranged in a vacuum chamber and is used for loading elemental tellurium and elemental cadmium, and the substrate fixing plate is used for fixing a substrate. A push type baffle plate is arranged between the evaporation source loading plate and the substrate fixing plate and is used for isolating the evaporation source loading plate from the substrate fixedly arranged on the substrate fixing plate. The method uses tellurium and cadmium elementary substances as raw materials and adopts a tellurium and cadmium elementary substance mixture evaporation source to prepare the CdTe film with a gas phase mixing method, thus the production cost of cadmium telluride solar cells is reduced, and a high-purity cadmium telluride raw material preparation process and the cadmium telluride film preparation process are organically combined together.
