Well Bishen-1 is a key exploration well with a depth of 6,00 0m.Hole diameters of the second interval(406.4 mm) and the third interval(311.2 mm) were comparatively large and the carrying capacity of the mud used in the two intervals should be high enough to suspend the drilled cuttings.Furthermore,the big hole penetrated the red shale formations(Dacangfang and Yuhuangding) in which borehole instability and high formation temperatures(as high as 180 ℃) made drilling difficult.A polymer drilling fluid treated with sulfonated additives was formulated through laboratory studies and the mud formulation was optimized in those properties such as rheology,lubricity,high temperature stability,inhibitive capacity,carrying capacity,and filtration property.Filed application showed that this drilling fluid was successful in drilling these two intervals with large diameters.
Single Nucleotide Polymorphism is the detection marker in the new generation of forensic medicine.In this paper,the detection principle,reagent selection and specific operation for single nucleotide polymorphism were reviewed according to the commer- cial reagent kits on the markets;meanwhile,presenting the problems needed to be paid attention to in the application of forensic medicine.
Objective To study the quality of Pinellia ternata grown in Funan. Methods The contents of free and hydrolyzed amino acids and ephedrine in the samples from four habitats were determined. The components of methanol and acidic ethanol extracts of the four samples were compared by HPLC. The components of petroleum ether extracts of the four samples were compared by TLC. Results The content of amino acids and ephedrine and the kinds of amino acids of P. ternata grown in Funan were almost the same as those from the other three, the main components of methanol and petroleum ether extracts of P. ternata grown in Funan were the same as those from other three. Some components of acidic ethanol extracts of the four samples were different. Conclusion The quality of P. ternata grown in Funan is as good as that of the other three.
Objective:To identify the total components and effective components in petroleum ether extracts of Xi- aoxuming decoction.Methods:After the research on bioactivity effects,GC and GC-MS methods were used to i- dentify the effective fatty-dissolved components of Xiaoxuming decoction.Results:More than 100 components in petroleum ether extracts of Xiaoxuming decoction were separated and most of them were identified.The effective components were judged by their activity.Conclusion:With the identification of the total components and effective components,we can better ascertain the effective compounds and their action mechanism.
Brain is one of the most active human apparatuses. Human's thought, words, deeds, breath and activity are all nearly related to the function of brain. The good function of brain is based on the enough blood and oxygen. Design of an equipment which can detect the blood and oxygen in brain tissues noninvasively in real time is very important to the diagnosis and cure of the diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
[Objective] To illustrate the variation law of fruit characters among the natural population of Quercus liaotungensis Koidz in western mountainous area of Beijing,and select superior type in terms of yield and quality.[Method] Fruiting characters(fruits length,width,average diameter,ratio of length to width,and unit weight) of 134 trees in 12 standard plots of Quercus liaotungensis Koidz were determined and analyzed.[Result] The range of variation among the individuals were higher than within the individuals with respect to the length,width,average diameter,ratio of length to width,and unit weight.The natural population of Quercus liaotungensis Koidz can be divided into six types,including small scattered fruit,medium scattered fruit,big scattered fruit,small clustered fruit,medium clustered fruit and big clustered fruit.The fruit weight of per unit area of medium clustered type and big clustered type were 32.86 g/m2 and 34.65 g/m2,respectively,significantly higher than the other types(P0.05).The average fruit diameter of big clustered fruits and big scattered fruits of Quercus liaotungensis Koidz were respectively 15.56 cm and 16.37 cm,significantly higher than the other types(P0.05).[Conclusion] The fruit character of natural population of Quercus liaotungensis Koidz varied significantly.Big scattered and big clustered fruits are of excellent property in terms of high yield and easy collection which is worth further application research.
