Neurology is an important clinical course for medical imaging college students. Teachers should spend sufficient time im preparing for teaching, make use of medical simulation for clinical skill training, and closely integrate neurological, imaging and anatomical knowledge. At the same time, we should pay attention to the clinical teaching, and highlight the characteristics of medical imaging itself. As a result, we can mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and obviously improve the teaching quality.
Objective To evaluate the value of one-pore pull-through laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods One-pore pull-through laparoscopic appendectomy was performed in 38 cases. Results All cases were operated successfully by this method,no case was changed to laparoto-my. Conclusion One-pore pull-through laparoscopic appendectomy has advantages of minor trauma and quick recovery.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of invigorating the liver and tonifying the kidney with IFN in treating CHB. Methods:60 patients suffering CHB were randomly divided into 2 groups(treat groups and control groups) who were treated with IFN. Treat groups were given invigorating the liver and tonifying the kidney FANG.The two groups were treated 6 mounthes. Results:Two groups' nervous were alleviated, but there were no significant different in the control groups compared with treated before(P0.05). Treat groups' HBV-DNA (-) and sympotems were more effective than control groups(P0.05).Conclusion Invigorating the liver and tonifying the kidney can improve the symptom, reinforce the efficacy of IFN, precipitate HBV-DNA alteration negative.
Objective:To screen the specific antigen mimic peptide binding to the sera from ankylosing spondylitis (AS) patients. Methods:Phage random peptide library of 12 amino acids was immunoscreened with purified IgG from sera of ankylosing spondylitis patients.Positive clones which were obtained after three rounds of biopanning were detected by ELISA and seven of them were sequenced, then diagnostic value of the positive clones was observed using ELISA.Results:After 3 rounds of screening, the radio of output to input increase to 1.9×10-5,which means the enrichment was effective. At the third round of screening,20 clones were selected for test with antibodies from patients'.17 of the clones and were proved to react with the sera of patients' specificaly. The result of sequence indicated that these seven clones were derived from the same one.Its inserted sequence in the coat protein Ⅲ was deduced to be LALPPLAPNHHH.The positive clones could react with 46 patients and 7 normal sera. Conclusion:These findings indicate the antigen-mimic peptide is successful screened from 12 random phage peptide library and the peptides can be recognized by ankylosing spondylitis patients' polyclonal antibodies.
Objective The project of Hypertension Control in Communities (HCC) aimed to determine the effect of community-based standardized management on control of hypertension. Analyzing the current pattern of antihypertensive drug regimen in baseline was helpful for focusing on the training key. Methods The protocol of community-based standardized hypertension management was developed by expert board with being oriented by guidelines. Community health service centers across China were selected to implement the protocol. After trained with the protocol, the grass-roots doctors from selected centers were asked to manage hypertensives in their communities according to the protocol. Patients who were serviced by the selected centers and with diagnosed hypertension were recruited. Data were collected by using questionnaire. Results By the end of 2010, the program contained 255,168 patients with eligible baseline data, 93953 (36.8%) of them under treatment with 47.7% male were used for this analysis. In baseline, patients with diuretic, β-blocker, CCB, ACEI, ARB, α-blocker and compound pill were 7.8%, 10.3%, 37.0%, 18.2%, 4.0%, 0.1%, 46.7%, respectively. In total, 84.1% patients took single antihypertensive drug in which 47.0% with compound pill and 28.8% with CCB; 16.6% were under combination drug therapy, out of them, 13.0% with two-drug, 2.6% with three-drug or more drugs. The used two-drug combinations are “CCB + ACEI” (38.0%), “β-blocker + CCB” (24.1%), and three-drug combinations are “β-blocker + CCB + ACEI” (15.8%), “diuretic + CCB + ACEI” (13.3%). Only 22.5% patients under treatment were controlled (<140/90 mmHg). Conclusion The baseline status of medicine usage of HCC patients were subject to not standard in this article. It showed standardized management was necessary for the medicine usage and further improving of hypertension control.
Through clinical observation and syndrome identifica-
tion, the existence of asymptomatic blood - stasis syndrome was de-
ducted by prolonged illness producing blood - stasis. The author
also presented five kinds of blood - circulation - activating and
blood - stasis - removing therapies for blood - stasis syndrome.
Objective To analysis the treatment efficacy of the Minimally treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with big bladder calculi. Methods From January.2008 to December.2009,The clinical data of 65 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia with big bladder calculi were viewed. All cases were performed with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy, then were performed with holnium laser lithotripsy and transurethral resection of the prostate simultaneously. Results All patients were cured and the calculi clearance rate was 100%.None of them had transurethral resection of the prostate syndrome, haemorrhage, blade perforation etc.The maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax) and postvoid residual(PVR)of all patients had to improve remarkably in 3 months(.P0.01).Conclusion Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy with holnium laser lithotripsy can improve the Qmax and PVR of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia with big bladder calculi remarkably. The method acted better in shorter operation time, fewer complicating disease and reliable.
Objective To investigate the relationship between transaminase anomaly and prognosis. in severe brain injury. Methods Total 117 cases with severe traumatic brain injury from January 2010 to June 2012 were admitted and detect the blood level of the alanine transarninase (ALT) and glutamic-oxal(o)acetic transaminase (AST). Transaminase anomaly included ALT 50 U/L and (or) AST 50 U/L. According to the test results, they were divided into transaminase anomaly group and normal group. The level of ALT, AST and different GOS prognostic score were compared in both groups. Results The favorable prognosis rate in transaminase anomaly group was lower than that of the normal group (χ2=4.71, P0.05), with the mortality higher than that of normal group (χ2=5.42, P0.05). The level of ALT and AST in transaminase anomaly group was significantly related with GOS prognosis, and the higher transaminase level is, the worse the prognosis. Conclusion Transaminase elevated level are often contributed to severe traumatic brain injury. The careful monitoring and protection of the liver function have a favorable effect on improvement of the prognosis of brain injury patients.
