By the way of simulation drought, the seeds germination and seedling growth of four desert vegetations of Kalidium foliatum,Lycium ruthenicum,Artemisia arenaria and Artemisia ordosica were tested in distilled water appended PEG-6000(solution osmotic potentials were changed from 0 to-2.1 MPa),darkness and 25 ℃ for ten days. The results show that drought stress has a significant effect on seed germination and seedling growth of the four desert vegetations(P0.05),and the lowest thresholds of osmotic potential for seed germination are-1.5 MPa in Kalidium foliatum and-0.9 MPa in Lycium ruthenicum,Artemisia arenaria and Artemisia ordosica. With the aggravating of drought stress, the total germination rates, plumule lengths, radical lengths, seedling fresh weights and vigor indexes of four desert vegetations are tended to decline, which are smaller than that of the comparison ones. The comprehensive evaluation of the relative seed germination rates, relative germination days, relative plumule lengths, relative radical lengths, relative seedling fresh weights, drought resistance indexes and relative vigor indexes of four vegetations by the average subordinative function method indicates that the drought resistances of the four vegetations are decreased in the order of Kalidium foliatumArtemisia arenariaArtemisia ordosica Lycium ruthenicum.Basing on the studies and reported literature,it found that the extent of seed germination drought-resistance of desert vegetation in the condition of simulation drought could not exactly reveal tolerance-drought capability of their seed germination in the nature. And the adaptability of desert vegetations to drought not only depends on capability of drought-resistance,but also their drought-resistance mechanism. On the results and four vegetation habitats, the paper brought forward suggestions as follows: the capability and mechanism of drought-resistances of seed germination and seedling and transplant survival rates of species distributed in desert region should been studied together.Among the four vegetation,Kalidium foliatum is more suited to restore heavy salinization areas, and Artemisia arenaria is more fitted to restore serious sandy areas.

Abstract
The clinical use of the single-chain fixed-variable (scFv) fragments of recombinant monoclonal antibodies as credible alternatives for classic therapeutic antibodies has two limitations: rapid blood clearance and inefficient local expression of functional molecules. In attempt to address these issues, we have developed a novel gene therapy protocol in which the anti-death receptor 5 (DR5) scFv fragments were either in vitro expressed in several tumor cell lines, or in vivo expressed in mice, using recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV)–mediated gene transfer. Viral transduction using the rAAV-S3C construct, which encodes a scFv molecule (S3C scFv) specific to DR5, led to stable expression in tumor cell lines and showed apoptosis-inducing activity in vitro, which could be inhibited by recombinant DR5 but not by DR4. A single i.m. injection of rAAV-S3C virus in nude mice resulted in stable expression of DR5-binding S3C scFv proteins in mouse sera for at least 240 days. Moreover, the expression of S3C scFv was associated with significant suppression of tumor growth and the increase of tumor cell apoptosis in previously established s.c. human lung LTEP-sml and liver Hep3B tumor xenografts. The low-light level night-vision device was widely applied in military and common field. The working principle of the low-light level night-vision device and radiation shine mechanism of highlight interference bomb were analysed. The tactical use way of the highlight interference bomb was briefly analysed. In addition, the computing method of flash radiation was provided. The jamming mechanism for intense light bomb by antagonizing low-light level night-vision device was analysed from the relation between surroundings illuminate and luminance of fluorescent screen, the relation between target illuminate and damage threshold of fluorescent screen and the influence on lifetime of instrument by intense light, which provided reference to study the jamming technology on the low-light level night-vision device.
Abstract T-cell receptors (TCRs) and B-cell receptors (BCRs) are critical in recognizing antigens and activating the adaptive immune response. Stochastic V(D)J recombination generates massive TCR/BCR repertoire diversity. Single-cell immune profiling with transcriptome analysis allows the high-throughput study of individual TCR/BCR clonotypes and functions under both normal and pathological settings. However, a comprehensive database linking these data is not yet readily available. Here, we present the human Antigen Receptor database (huARdb), a large-scale human single-cell immune profiling database that contains 444 794 high confidence T or B cells (hcT/B cells) with full-length TCR/BCR sequence and transcriptomes from 215 datasets. All datasets were processed in a uniform workflow, including sequence alignment, cell subtype prediction, unsupervised cell clustering, and clonotype definition. We also developed a multi-functional and user-friendly web interface that provides interactive visualization modules for biologists to analyze the transcriptome and TCR/BCR features at the single-cell level. HuARdb is freely available at https://huarc.net/database with functions for data querying, browsing, downloading, and depositing. In conclusion, huARdb is a comprehensive and multi-perspective atlas for human antigen receptors.
The accurate warning and reconnaissance to incoming laser signal is the presupposition of electro-optical jamming. However, the error of angular resolution of laser warning equipment directly affects the accuracy of warning. In this paper, the working mechanism of direct intercepting measurement laser warning equipment was analyzed. Then, the structure of its detector array system and the causes of error of angular resolution were analyzed. At different distance, the resolution errors of laser warning equipment with different detecting unit were calculated. The conclusion has some reference value to test and detect of such equipment.
Serum Golgi protein 73 (sGP73) is a novel and promising biomarker for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, there are few reports on the pattern of GP73 expression in HCC and the relationship of this expression to clinicopathologic features of patients. This study aimed to investigate the expression of GP73 and it correlation with clinical parameters. We examined GP73 expression in HCC and adjacent paracarcinomatous liver (PCL) tissue in 36 HCC patients, and took 14 normal liver (NL) samples from hepatic hemangioma patients. Western blot analysis and quantitative real-time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) were used for analyses.GP73 expression in HCC was significantly higher than in the corresponding PCL and NL samples at both protein and mRNA levels (P < 0.001). The elevated level of GP73 protein was strongly associated with tumor size, vein invasion, and tumor differentiation, suggesting augmented tumor invasion and metastasis. However, there was no association between GP73 expression and patient survival.Significant overexpression of GP73 at both protein and mRNA levels along with overexpression of GP73 protein is associated with aggressive behavior of HCC, but not overall patient survival. Further research is needed to determine the potential of GP73 as a therapeutic target.
