Abstract:
Interpersonal communication is a critical skill in the socialization process of adolescents. It is the only way that individual human has relationship with others. Good interpersonal relationships are beneficial to the physical and mental development of adolescents. However, in recent years, a series of mental health problems are generated because of adolescents interpersonal communication . This article mainly analyzes the main factors that cause adolescents' social barriers from the aspects of interpersonal relationships in school and family relationships .A survey is made that includes seven daily questions about interpersonal relationship in these two aspects . The results of these studies can directly exhibit the results of a part of adolescents present situation in making friends and make people pay more attention to the interpersonal communication and mental health of adolescents.Keywords:

To explore the influence of virtual communication on reality interpersonal trust,emotional balance of college students,the present study tests 389 undergraduates.The results are as follows:(1) in interpersonal trust,the scores of female are higher than males' on virtual and reality communication;(2) there are a significant difference in different grades on the two dimensions of virtual communication and reality.Together with the growth of the grade,interpersonal trust of college students are increasing gradually;(3) in emotional balance,the scores of the freshman are highest,with the growth of the grade,the scores of emotional balance presented decreasing trend;(4) the relationship between virtual interpersonal trust and reality interpersonal trust has significant positive correlation.Regression analysis shows that the virtual interpersonal trust had significant prediction function to reality interpersonal trust.

The article discusses a study that focused on interpersonal needs and investigated whether interpersonal behavior of Antarctic personnel deteriorated after the halfway point of prolonged isolation and confinement. Twenty-three personnel who resided in Antarctica for 14 months served as participants. The mean age of participants was 39 years (SD = 8.7 years). This study uses the FIRO-B questionnaire that assessed the dimensions of interpersonal behavior. The findings indicate a greater need to associate with other personnel but with less intimacy. Inversely, personnel want others to establish close relationships with them but with a low level of interaction. Besides, the overall interpersonal behavior (the mean score of six scales of FIRO-B) reveals a significant improvement in the first versus the second half of a prolonged isolated and confined environment.

Interpersonal relationships influence middle school student’s study and their life, and finally influence the gain and loss and success or failure of the new curriculum reform. Adopting self-made questionnaires on interpersonal relationships of middle school students, a survey has been perfomed with taking 200 junior and high school middle school students as the subjects . The result shows: (1)Middle school student’s interpersonal relationships have remarkable gender differences. Girls score higher than the boys notably in interpersonal relationships, interpersonal association, classmate relation, classmate communication, and classmate associate. (2) The interpersonal relationships have extremely remarkable grade differences. The junior school student’s score on the interpersonal relationships and their factors is higher than high school student’s significantly. (3)Middle school student’s interpersonal relationships have remarkable wealth differences. Poor students score remarkably lower than rich students in the interpersonal relationships and interpersonal communication, teacher-student relationship , teacher-student communication, and classmate communication. (4)Middle school students score on interpersonal relationships and their factors in extremely remarkable differences.

Traditional culture of China contains a large number of interpersonal trust thinking. It has a major impact on our interpersonal trust. So we make association of interpersonal trust and culture as the entry point, analysis the thinking of interpersonal trust in China's traditional culture, and discuss the characteristics of Chinese people's interpersonal trust: Chinese interpersonal trust, as the basis of interpersonal relationships, takes Genetic relationship as the starting point to promote harmony in human relationships. An important condition for the existence and development of college students is good interpersonal skills and interpersonal relationship; according to the current situation of College Students' interpersonal communication, the implementation of the identity relationship and the interpersonal relation research--Taking Shaanxi Normal University as an example. Through scientific analysis of the survey show that: on the one hand,the regional identity of college students has an important influence of interpersonal communication; on the other hand, in the interpersonal relationship of college students are different in different Zareas.

The poor students and the non-poor students of vocational colleges have great differences in handling interpersonal relationships. Positive, healthy and harmonious campus culture can strengthen the communication ability of the poor students, perfect their psychology of interpersonal communication and help them to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships.
