    Abstract:
To identify diagnostic markers related to oxidative stress in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) by analyzing transcriptome sequencing data, and to investigate their roles in CRSwNP.

    Identification
Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) frequently leads to olfactory dysfunction. This study aimed to assess the impact of dupilumab on CRSwNP patients, focusing on olfactory outcomes and potential correlations with other clinical factors.

Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) remains the most difficult-to-treat subtype in the world. Biologics have shown positive results, especially in reducing nasal polyp size and improving patient-reported outcomes. The development of biologics has the potential to fulfill the unmet medical needs of treatment.

    Chronic Rhinosinusitis
In patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps who have mild symptoms, intranasal glucocorticoids and saline irrigation are recommended. For more severe symptoms, short-term courses of systemic glucocorticoids may be used; if glucocorticoids are ineffective, surgery to remove polyps can be considered.
