Abstract:
Background/Objectives: The concepts of trust and distrust in health systems during health crises are significantly related to public adoption of health behaviors and health outcomes. The aim of this review is to examine trust and mistrust during times of health crisis, such as periods of viral pandemics and epidemics, and how these concepts relate to public health behaviors and, by extension, affect health outcomes. Methods: A focused search was conducted in PubMed and Scopus using a Boolean expression to identify relevant articles written in the English language and published between 2003 and 2023. The research methods comprised content analysis, thematic analysis, and a word cloud visualization to identify frequent themes related to trust and mistrust in healthcare systems. Results: The analysis included 57 studies and revealed that trust in healthcare systems, institutions, and professionals plays a significant role in shaping public health behaviors during health crises. The study also highlighted how mistrust leads to negative health outcomes, such as increased belief in conspiracy theories, vaccine hesitancy, and non-compliance with public health measures. Conclusions: The review emphasizes the importance of building and maintaining trust in healthcare systems to ensure better public health outcomes during crises. It calls for further research to better understand the nuances of trust and mistrust, aiming to inform public health strategies and interventions that could lead to more effective crisis management and improved health outcomes.Keywords:

Abstract:In keeping with the flourish of the commercial parole and the decline of the illuminative thought, the viewing point of the novels in the 1990s assumes pluralistic framework. As the omnipotent narrative wanes, the sectional and the restrictive narrative prevail. The onlooking and thepeeking narrative are impersonal. The turn of the viewing point reacts against the fallacious and the giant and the vacuous narrative. Medical narrative is normally assumed to be a past tense narrative. Patients' and students' past tense narratives should be supplemented by future tense narratives, and in particular by what we call hypothetical narratives-narratives such as those offered by a medical student in response to the instruction "Tell me a story about when you are a doctor". These narratives are suggested to be especially useful in clinical and educational contexts because they offer greater insight into the narrator's hopes and expectations than past tense narratives, which can be helpful in planning management and teaching. The narrator's ethical principles are also exposed more clearly than when using the past tense narrative. Some ethical concerns raised by analysing narratives offered by patients or students, as if they were literary narratives, are avoided by hypothetical narratives. This suggestion is based on Ricoeur's account of the ethical importance of veracity in narrative, or "attestation of what has occurred". The patient/doctor or student/teacher relationship is found to have an implicit concern for the narrator's intention that makes the assumptions underlying literary analysis untenable.

As a master of narrative art,Hemingway uses a variety of narrative strategies in his novels.He aroused the appreciation of the reader through the shift of narrative perspective.Thus,the narrative perspective was presented by the trend that the third person omniscient narration changes to character narration.In this process, the themes of the novel appear to be different, because the functions of the two perspectives are not identical.Another feature of Hemingway's narrative perspective is multiple variable narrative perspectives,namely,employing the common omniscient narration as well as using dramatic omniscient narration and character narration,which shows a different understanding of events through different narrative points of view.

Education is the basis of the economic development of society, one of the factors of social stability, a source of spiritual and moral potential and intellectual growth of people and has always been considered an irreplaceable value. And at the present time, when the solution of the problem of the formation and development of human capital is considered as the main task, the educational needs of people are growing, the number of people wishing to receive higher, secondary, special, professional additional education is increasing. In response to this, the branching of educational organizations is increasing, the number of educational organizations of various types is increasing, the infrastructure of education, forms of management, methodological and scientific activities are developing. Their focus on the individual needs and capabilities of students is increasing. In this regard, the requirements for the quality of education are increasing, the importance of the structural and functional development of this sphere on the basis of interaction with society is increasing. The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "partnership", "social partnership", "social partnership in education", examines the process of their formation and development, describes the guidelines and effective ways to use the potential of social partners in the training of teachers in higher educational institutions. This chapter argues that narratives and counter-narratives depend on each other, need each other and co-create each other. By examining two particular types, nostalgic stories and conspiracy theories, the author proposes that narratives and counter-narratives are elements of narrative ecologies and proposes a number of distinct narrative ecologies fostering different configurations of narrative patterns.
