Abstract:
In this paper, we consider optimizing a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) dual-functional radar-communication (DFRC) transceiver at the roadside unit (RSU) to detect a potential eavesdropping target and transmit the private information securely to the legitimate vehicular users. An optimization problem is formulated by optimizing the sum secrecy throughput of vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) links under requirements of waveform similarity and target return signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) threshold. To handle the challenging issue, we first cast the resulting non-convex problem into an equivalent optimization problem relying on the mean-square error (MSE) technique specified resource budget, and then develop an alternating procedure to decouple two optimization variables and decompose the resulting problem as two subproblems. To deal with the subproblem, we propose a dual ascent approach (DAA) based on the Limited-memory Broyden Fletcher Goldfarb and Shanno (LBFGS). Simulation results confirm the efficiency of the devised optimization method.This essay reviews five recent books concerned directly or indirectly with the dangers of corporate and government surveillance, and, more broadly, raises the question of whether the so-called age of big data has led to a change in the nature of secrecy that threatens the traditional expectations of privacy for individuals and transparency for public entities.

Secrecy has been an integral part of donor insemination (DI) since its beginning (reputedly in 1884) (Daniels and Haimes, 1998). Recently attention has been given to the possible adverse effects of secrecy and, accordingly, the practice of secrecy in DI has been questioned. This chapter will attempt to analyse the reasons that have been given for and against secrecy and will consider the effect which changing the practices of secrecy might have on DI.

Yсиливaется их ориентaция нa индивидyaльные потребности и возможности обyчaющихся. Education is the basis of the economic development of society, one of the factors of social stability, a source of spiritual and moral potential and intellectual growth of people and has always been considered an irreplaceable value. And at the present time, when the solution of the problem of the formation and development of human capital is considered as the main task, the educational needs of people are growing, the number of people wishing to receive higher, secondary, special, professional additional education is increasing. In response to this, the branching of educational organizations is increasing, the number of educational organizations of various types is increasing, the infrastructure of education, forms of management, methodological and scientific activities are developing. Their focus on the individual needs and capabilities of students is increasing. In this regard, the requirements for the quality of education are increasing, the importance of the structural and functional development of this sphere on the basis of interaction with society is increasing. The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "partnership", "social partnership", "social partnership in education", examines the process of their formation and development, describes the guidelines and effective ways to use the potential of social partners in the training of teachers in higher educational institutions. Despite the considerable protection provided by the patent system, a surprisingly small number of firms use patents, instead favouring the use of secrecy. This suggests that natural market forces protect inventors so that formal protections are not necessary. Using firm-level data, this study provides the first empirical evidence on the relationship between knowledge tradeability and the choice of IPR protection methods. Consistent with recent theoretical results, we find that firms engaged in licensing agreements are more likely to use secrecy than patents and that the largest R&D investors tend to use secrecy more than patents. Also, large firms, or manufacturing firms of any size are more likely to use patents, whilst firms that obtain information from internal and non-market sources are more inclined to use secrecy.
