Firstly, this diversification of listed construction companies is measured, the result shows that it is at a low level. Then, by using mathematical research approach, a further investigation is given on the relationship between diversification and growth ability. It shows that the growth ability of companies with lower diversification is comparatively higher as a whole. Finally, the conclusions are explained from the view of facts.

И в нaстоящее время, когдa решение проблемы формировaния и рaзвития человеческого кaпитaлa рaссмaтривaется кaк основнaя зaдaчa, рaстyт обрaзовaтельные потребности людей, yвеличивaется количество желaющих полyчить высшее, среднее, специaльное, профессионaльное дополнительное обрaзовaние. В ответ нa это yсиливaется рaзветвленность обрaзовaтельных оргaнизaций, yвеличивaется количество обрaзовaтельных оргaни- зaций рaзличного типa, рaзвивaются инфрaстрyктyрa обрaзовaния, формы yпрaвления, методическaя и нayчнaя деятельность. Yсиливaется их ориентaция нa индивидyaльные потребности и возможности обyчaющихся. В связи с этим повышaются требовaния к кaчествy обрaзовaния, возрaстaет знaчение стрyктyрно-фyнкционaльного рaзвития этой сферы нa основе взaимодействия с обществом. В стaтье рaскрывaется знaчение понятий «пaртнерство», «социaльное пaртнерство», «социaльное пaртнерство в обрaзовaнии», рaссмaтривaется процесс их стaновления и рaзвития, описывaются рyко- водящие принципы и эффективные способы использовaния потенциaлa социaльных пaртнеров в подготовке педaгогических кaдров в высших yчебных зaведениях. Education is the basis of the economic development of society, one of the factors of social stability, a source of spiritual and moral potential and intellectual growth of people and has always been considered an irreplaceable value. And at the present time, when the solution of the problem of the formation and development of human capital is considered as the main task, the educational needs of people are growing, the number of people wishing to receive higher, secondary, special, professional additional education is increasing. In response to this, the branching of educational organizations is increasing, the number of educational organizations of various types is increasing, the infrastructure of education, forms of management, methodological and scientific activities are developing. Their focus on the individual needs and capabilities of students is increasing. In this regard, the requirements for the quality of education are increasing, the importance of the structural and functional development of this sphere on the basis of interaction with society is increasing. The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "partnership", "social partnership", "social partnership in education", examines the process of their formation and development, describes the guidelines and effective ways to use the potential of social partners in the training of teachers in higher educational institutions. Неоднозначность результатов практического внедрения процесса диверсификации на отдельных предприятиях позволяет выявить проблемы, решение которых требует создания эффективного механизма диверсификации, основанного на действиях определенных правил, принципов, методов, методик и алгоритмов, что формирует соответствующие цели и задачи. В результате исследования были разработаны принципы диверсификации, которые в своей совокупности могут сформировать некоторую двухуровневую систему: принципы диверсификации территориального уровня и принципы диверсификации, разработанные для предприятий-участников программы диверсификации соответствующих территориальных образований. Итоги проведенного исследования позволили выделить ряд преимуществ, значимых не только для развития предприятий, но и для развития отдельных территорий. The ambiguity of the results of practical implementation of diversification at certain enterprises reveals a range of problems that can be solved by an effective diversification mechanism based on special rules, principles, methods, techniques and algorithms, which results in setting relevant goals and objectives. As a result of the research, the principles of diversification were developed which can form a definite two-level system: the principles of diversification of the territorial level and the principles developed for enterprises participating in the diversification program of the corresponding territorial entities. We reveal a number of advantages significant not only for the development of enterprises but also for individual territories.

Abstract The paper contributes to the growing literature on the relationship between relatedness, complexity and regional diversification. It explores regional diversification in an emerging economy, focusing on diversification opportunities of regions with distinct levels of local capabilities. We investigate the importance of relatedness and economic complexity for sectoral and technological diversification in all regions of Brazil during the period 2006–2019. Regions tend to diversify in sectors/technologies requiring similar capabilities to those already available locally. In general, the higher the sector/technology complexity, the lower the probability of diversification. However, in high‐complex regions, complexity reverses into a positive force for diversification. Our analysis shows diversification prospects vary widely across different types of regions in Brazil.

In the paper the need and possibility of constructing the diversification mode of cultivating agronomy students in university is discussed.
