Abstract:
Digitalization decreases job satisfaction by increasing pressure, fear of job loss, and deteriorating work-life balance. The study investigates the nexus of customer incivility, workplace incivility, employee religious perception, digitalization, HRM practices, and employee turnover intention in the presence of practical commitment as a mediator and servant leadership as a moderator. Further, the current study also examines the relationship between practical commitment and employee turnover intention. Data was collected through a self-administrator questionnaire from frontline employees of private banks in Punjab, Pakistan. Data analysis was done through SPSS and PLS software. The current study results have revealed that WPI, CI, ERP, DEG, and HRM practices are significantly associated with employees’ job attitudes, such as EC and TI. Further, Effective commitment positively mediates relationships. Moreover, servant leadership successfully moderates the relationship between EC and TI. In light of the above results, the current study recommended that WPI, CI, ERP, DEG, and HRM practices are significant factors for the future success of the service sector in developing countries like Pakistan. The current study contributes to the literature on Change, IT revolution, digitalization, and its adverse effects through the lens of resource conservation theory to explain the phenomena of turnover intention framework, which is the uniqueness of the current study. Keywords:

Research in online content moderation has a long history of exploring different forms that moderation can take, including both user-driven moderation models on community-based platforms like Wikipedia, Facebook Groups, and Reddit, and centralized corporate moderation models on platforms like Twitter and Instagram. In this work I review different approaches to moderation research with the goal of providing a roadmap for researchers studying community self-moderation. I contrast community-based moderation research with platforms and policies-focused moderation research, and argue that the former has an important role to play in shaping discussions about the future of online moderation. I provide six guiding questions for future research that, if answered, can support the development of a form of user-driven moderation that is widely implementable across a variety of social spaces online, offering an alternative to the corporate moderation models that dominate public debate and discussion.

Religious moderation is a national program to create a peaceful life. The attitude of religious moderation is developed in madrasas as the main values of life. The movement to realize religious moderation in madrasas needs to be started by teachers with an attitude of religious moderation. This study aims to describe the attitude of religious moderation of madrasa teachers and strategies for developing religious moderation in madrasas. The research begins with a literature review to examine the concept of religious moderation, attitudes of religious moderation and educational strategies for religious moderation. The research respondents were 111 madrasa teachers who participated in the training organized by the Surabaya Religious Education and Training Center. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The research instrument is in the form of a standardized religious moderation attitude scale, a questionnaire sent via google form upload to respondents. Data processing was carried out by descriptive statistics. The results showed that the religious moderation attitude of madrasa teachers was in the medium and high categories. Teachers' religious moderation attitudes vary in terms of education level, teacher job background, teaching specialization, employment status and gender. The attitude of religious moderation is important in realizing a peaceful life, therefore it is recommended to increase the attitude of religious moderation in teachers.

Studies on cyberbullying are replete with questions about whether certain risk or protective factors are likely to predict cyberbullying outcomes such as cybervictimization. Such questions can often be reframed in terms of moderation effects, or hypotheses about how the effect of a predictor variable on an outcome variable depends on the value of a moderator variable. Demonstrating how questions about moderation effects are conventionally tested using the dataset from the Teens and Parents survey conducted by the Pew Research Centre’s Internet and American Life Project, the current study found two sets of significant moderation effects that could be interpreted to mean that the predictive relationship between traditional victimization and cybervictimization depend on the teenager’s intensity of SNS use and gender. A secondary purpose of this paper is to extend the conventional analytic approach in the form of an R package that provide researchers with methods – based on the pick-a-point technique and the Johnson-Neyman technique – which they can use to probe moderation effects they find significant in their research projects. Empirical illustrations with the cyberbullying dataset are provided throughout to demonstrate the use of this R package.

In this paper, we built an agent -based model to integrate and synthesize social science theories to inform online community design. As an ex ampl e, we use the model to examine how various styles of mod erating online conversation s affect community performance . We compared three styles of moderation – no moderation , in which all members are exposed to all message s; community -level moderation , in which off -topic messages are deleted for the group; and pers onalized moderation , in which different messages are shown to different individuals to match their interest s. We examined the effects of these moderation techniques in communities with various topical breadth s and message volume s. Virtual experimental resu lts suggest that despite the widespread use of community -level moderation , personalized moderation was more effective in in creasing member commitment and contributio n, especially in communities with a broad set of member interests and high message volume. Compared with no moderation , community -level moderation increased members ’ likelihood of reading but not posting messages .
