    Abstract:
    The dataset registers compliance levels of the remedies ordered in the judgments of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights until April 2019. The calculation of the compliance level is a value between cero and one that could also be read as a percent of compliance. The calculations was elaborated using the compliance judgments of the IACtHR.
    This chapter discusses the provision of compliance advice by compliance officers, which is a central element of the compliance program. It first explains how compliance advice is the necessary supplement to training on the compliance policies and procedures. It then looks at the factors in the broker-dealer that both facilitate and discourage compliance advice. The chapter also considers the related topic of compliance officers advising on ethics, culture, and other social standards adopted by the broker-dealer. Finally, it briefly looks into what compliance officers should do if their advice is not followed.

В связи с этим повышaются требовaния к кaчествy обрaзовaния, возрaстaет знaчение стрyктyрно-фyнкционaльного рaзвития этой сферы нa основе взaимодействия с обществом. Education is the basis of the economic development of society, one of the factors of social stability, a source of spiritual and moral potential and intellectual growth of people and has always been considered an irreplaceable value. And at the present time, when the solution of the problem of the formation and development of human capital is considered as the main task, the educational needs of people are growing, the number of people wishing to receive higher, secondary, special, professional additional education is increasing. In response to this, the branching of educational organizations is increasing, the number of educational organizations of various types is increasing, the infrastructure of education, forms of management, methodological and scientific activities are developing. Their focus on the individual needs and capabilities of students is increasing. In this regard, the requirements for the quality of education are increasing, the importance of the structural and functional development of this sphere on the basis of interaction with society is increasing. The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "partnership", "social partnership", "social partnership in education", examines the process of their formation and development, describes the guidelines and effective ways to use the potential of social partners in the training of teachers in higher educational institutions.     The chapter speculates about the future challenges and developments facing compliance in the brokerage industry. First, much of compliance's future depends upon the future of the brokerage industry itself, which has seen a steady shrinkage in the number of broker-dealers. Second, compliance in broker-dealers, as in organizations in general, is affected by the related pressures of cost and technology, which could reduce the number of compliance officers as compliance tasks are automated. Third and finally, there is a growing behavioral and organizational literature explaining misconduct in organizations with which compliance officers should familiarize themselves because it could prove useful to them when they design compliance programs and advocate for compliance policies and strategies in broker-dealers.

    This chapter introduces broker-dealer compliance and offers a brief history of it. It next discusses possible organizational structures of compliance in a broker-dealer and the relationship between compliance officers and regulators. It concludes with a consideration of the future of this kind of compliance and of the pressures and trends shaping this future.
    This chapter examines the Compliance function which can be termed as an agent and sponsor of a Compliance Culture. It not only aims to establish satisfactory working definitions of all of these terms, but also attempts to untangle them. It is split into five sections, which guide the Compliance Officer's job and explore various elements of Compliance as a financial services discipline. It also explains the professional definition of Compliance and the importance of its existence. Compliance is certainly a job in need of an image makeover.     본 연구는 학생부종합전형 정책의 주요 집행자인 입학사정관이 정책집행 과정에서 나타내는 순응(compliance)과 불응(non-compliance) 행태를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 두었다. 이를 위해 11명의 입학사정관을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하고 분석한 결과, 입학사정관은 정책에 순응할 의도를 가지고 있는 ‘수용’, ‘수정시도’의 의도적 순응 행태와, 순응할 의도를 가지고 있지 않은 ‘형식적 순응’, ‘서류상 순응’의 비의도적 순응 행태를 나타냈다. 또한, 입학사정관은 불응할 의도가 없음에도 ‘더하기’, ‘빼기’와 같은 비의도적 불응 행태와, 정책에 불응할 의도를 가지고 있는 ‘지연’, ‘정책 임의 변경’, ‘정책 취소·변경 시도’의 의도적 불응 행태를 보여주었다. 이와 같은 순응·불응 행태에는 개인적 차원의 특성(입학사정관의 업무, 개인적 능력, 정체성 인식, 재량권 정도 등)과 조직구조 차원의 특성(대학의 관료적 구조, 근무환경 등), 그리고 정책 차원의 특성(정책의 강제성, 재정지원사업의 영향력, 정책의 소망성 등)들이 각각 순응·불응 행태에 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 학생부종합전형 정책의 실제 집행 과정을 살펴볼 수 있었으며, 성공적인 학생부종합전형 정책 집행을 위한 입학사정관 차원과 제도적 차원의 방향을 제언하였다.
    Several definitions of compliance are presented. These are Aspirational Compliance, Standard Compliance. Therapeutic Compliance, Attitudinal Compliance, Habitual Compliance and Therapist Compliance. The importance which the differentiation between these types of compliance holds for research and therapy is discussed.
