Abstract:
The evolution of personnel selection systems has been driven by technological advances and changes in the needs of organizations, referring to the set of processes and tools used by an organization to evaluate and select the most suitable applicants to fill a position within the company, in order to ensure that people with the skills, knowledge and competencies necessary to perform the responsibilities and functions associated with the position are hired. It is therefore proposed to implement a personnel selection system, which will help optimize the recruitment and selection process using the competency model and the selection algorithm to choose the best candidates according to the selection criteria established for each job position, resulting in the best candidates for the position with the qualities for which they were chosen.Keywords:

A novel detector generation algorithm for Real-Valued Negative Selection Algorithms, i.e. the PTS-RNSA, is proposed in this paper, which is based on the iterative Partition-Test-Spread process. Different from traditional detector generation algorithms that are randomized algorithms, the PTS-RNSA is a deterministic algorithm. When the number of the detectors is large enough, the PTS-RNSA can ensure to cover the whole non-self space except the boundary area between the self space and the non-self space. Experiments are done to compare the PTS-RNSA with the state-of-the-art algorithm, i.e. the V-detector algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate that the performance of the PTS-RNSA is very competitive. Especially, the time cost of the PTS-RNSA is much better than the V-detector algorithm.

И в нaстоящее время, когдa решение проблемы формировaния и рaзвития человеческого кaпитaлa рaссмaтривaется кaк основнaя зaдaчa, рaстyт обрaзовaтельные потребности людей, yвеличивaется количество желaющих полyчить высшее, среднее, специaльное, профессионaльное дополнительное обрaзовaние. В ответ нa это yсиливaется рaзветвленность обрaзовaтельных оргaнизaций, yвеличивaется количество обрaзовaтельных оргaни- зaций рaзличного типa, рaзвивaются инфрaстрyктyрa обрaзовaния, формы yпрaвления, методическaя и нayчнaя деятельность. Yсиливaется их ориентaция нa индивидyaльные потребности и возможности обyчaющихся. В связи с этим повышaются требовaния к кaчествy обрaзовaния, возрaстaет знaчение стрyктyрно-фyнкционaльного рaзвития этой сферы нa основе взaимодействия с обществом. В стaтье рaскрывaется знaчение понятий «пaртнерство», «социaльное пaртнерство», «социaльное пaртнерство в обрaзовaнии», рaссмaтривaется процесс их стaновления и рaзвития, описывaются рyко- водящие принципы и эффективные способы использовaния потенциaлa социaльных пaртнеров в подготовке педaгогических кaдров в высших yчебных зaведениях. Education is the basis of the economic development of society, one of the factors of social stability, a source of spiritual and moral potential and intellectual growth of people and has always been considered an irreplaceable value. And at the present time, when the solution of the problem of the formation and development of human capital is considered as the main task, the educational needs of people are growing, the number of people wishing to receive higher, secondary, special, professional additional education is increasing. In response to this, the branching of educational organizations is increasing, the number of educational organizations of various types is increasing, the infrastructure of education, forms of management, methodological and scientific activities are developing. Their focus on the individual needs and capabilities of students is increasing. In this regard, the requirements for the quality of education are increasing, the importance of the structural and functional development of this sphere on the basis of interaction with society is increasing. The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "partnership", "social partnership", "social partnership in education", examines the process of their formation and development, describes the guidelines and effective ways to use the potential of social partners in the training of teachers in higher educational institutions. With detailed comparative analysis of traditional fault line selection algorithms,this paper analyzes characteristics of transient zero sequence current and presents a fault line selection algorithm.This new algorithm extracts the effective band fault zero sequence current information through the frequency-dividing characteristics and single reconstruction of a trous algorithm.Fault measures function is also presented to reflect the effectiveness of the proposed fault line selection algorithm.Through theoretical analysis and ATP simulations,the proposed method is validated to be effective and reliable for various small current grounding systems with different neutral grounding modes.

Algorithm framework is the implementation of a feasible method of algorithm relocation. This paper defines the algorithm relocation, discusses how to design the algorithm frame selection operator and combination operation. Then it gives a method to define the selection operator and combination operation. Meaning determined by the algorithm framework is used to get the algorithm model, which can be generated from the algorithm to solve the problem. Finally, it discusses the relationship between algorithm framework and algorithm model and modular algorithm. Studying Algorithm Relocation and its operation is of great significance for software automation and machine learning.
