Benchmark is a method of measuring performance, and we can obtain continuous performance improvement of programming algorithm through Benchmark validation. In order to solve large-scale linear programming problems, this paper proposes an integrated Benchmark validation which integrates theoretical Benchmark analysis with advance language-based Benchmark. Through the integrated Benchmark validation, we can continuously improve an optimizing algorithm, and validate whether the new optimizing algorithm achieves the performance objectives. The results of experiments show the proposed integrated Benchmark validation is an effective method for developing large-scale linear programming algorithms.

И в нaстоящее время, когдa решение проблемы формировaния и рaзвития человеческого кaпитaлa рaссмaтривaется кaк основнaя зaдaчa, рaстyт обрaзовaтельные потребности людей, yвеличивaется количество желaющих полyчить высшее, среднее, специaльное, профессионaльное дополнительное обрaзовaние. В ответ нa это yсиливaется рaзветвленность обрaзовaтельных оргaнизaций, yвеличивaется количество обрaзовaтельных оргaни- зaций рaзличного типa, рaзвивaются инфрaстрyктyрa обрaзовaния, формы yпрaвления, методическaя и нayчнaя деятельность. Yсиливaется их ориентaция нa индивидyaльные потребности и возможности обyчaющихся. В связи с этим повышaются требовaния к кaчествy обрaзовaния, возрaстaет знaчение стрyктyрно-фyнкционaльного рaзвития этой сферы нa основе взaимодействия с обществом. В стaтье рaскрывaется знaчение понятий «пaртнерство», «социaльное пaртнерство», «социaльное пaртнерство в обрaзовaнии», рaссмaтривaется процесс их стaновления и рaзвития, описывaются рyко- водящие принципы и эффективные способы использовaния потенциaлa социaльных пaртнеров в подготовке педaгогических кaдров в высших yчебных зaведениях. Education is the basis of the economic development of society, one of the factors of social stability, a source of spiritual and moral potential and intellectual growth of people and has always been considered an irreplaceable value. And at the present time, when the solution of the problem of the formation and development of human capital is considered as the main task, the educational needs of people are growing, the number of people wishing to receive higher, secondary, special, professional additional education is increasing. In response to this, the branching of educational organizations is increasing, the number of educational organizations of various types is increasing, the infrastructure of education, forms of management, methodological and scientific activities are developing. Their focus on the individual needs and capabilities of students is increasing. In this regard, the requirements for the quality of education are increasing, the importance of the structural and functional development of this sphere on the basis of interaction with society is increasing. The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "partnership", "social partnership", "social partnership in education", examines the process of their formation and development, describes the guidelines and effective ways to use the potential of social partners in the training of teachers in higher educational institutions. Context: Clone benchmarks are essential to the assessment and improvement of clone detection tools and algorithms. Among existing benchmarks, Bellon's benchmark is widely used by the research community. However, a serious threat to the validity of this benchmark is that reference clones it contains have been manually validated by Bellon alone. Other persons may disagree with Bellon's judgment. Objective: In this paper, we perform an empirical assessment of Bellon's benchmark. Method: We seek the opinion of eighteen participants on a subset of Bellon's benchmark to determine if researchers should trust the reference clones it contains. Results: Our experiment shows that a significant amount of the reference clones are debatable, and this phenomenon can introduce noise in results obtained using this benchmark.

In the paper we discuss the problem of evaluating disc performance with benchmarks. In particular, we concentrate on assessing benchmark properties. For this purpose we have developed benchmark managing platform which allows us to enhance the benchmark execution process with monitoring performance counters. The developed methodology and tool do not need additional benchmark instrumentation and have a negligible impact on its execution. The usefulness of this approach has been illustrated with experimental results covering a representative set of benchmark programs.

The process of implementing monetary policy by the Central Bank is that of taking the advantage of the manipulative instruments to reach the goals of policy so the Central Bank should choose the manipulative instruments according to certain benchmark so as to reach its goals better. Results of the third benchmark are briefly described. The problem requires solution of a mulirate system. It is found that the benchmark is a difficult problem and many respondees have used it to expand and debug their facilities. A more complete paper on the solutions of this benchmark will be submitted to the Control System Magazine for further dissemination.
