Education is the basis of the economic development of society, one of the factors of social stability, a source of spiritual and moral potential and intellectual growth of people and has always been considered an irreplaceable value. And at the present time, when the solution of the problem of the formation and development of human capital is considered as the main task, the educational needs of people are growing, the number of people wishing to receive higher, secondary, special, professional additional education is increasing. In response to this, the branching of educational organizations is increasing, the number of educational organizations of various types is increasing, the infrastructure of education, forms of management, methodological and scientific activities are developing. Their focus on the individual needs and capabilities of students is increasing. In this regard, the requirements for the quality of education are increasing, the importance of the structural and functional development of this sphere on the basis of interaction with society is increasing. The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "partnership", "social partnership", "social partnership in education", examines the process of their formation and development, describes the guidelines and effective ways to use the potential of social partners in the training of teachers in higher educational institutions.     Let Pnr be the set of n-by- nr -regular primitive (0,1)-matrices. In this paper, an explicit formula is found in terms of n and r for the minimum exponent achieved by matrices in Pnr. Moreover, matrices achieving that exponent are given in this paper. Gregory and Shen conjectured that bnr = n 2 + 1 is an upper bound for the exponent of matrices in Pnr .M atrices achieving the exponent bnr are presented for the case when n is not a multiple of r. In particular, it is shown that b2r+1,r is the maximum exponent attained by matrices in P2r+1,r .W henn is a multiple of r ,i t is conjectured that the maximum exponent achieved by matrices in Pnr is strictly smaller than bnr. Matrices attaining the conjectured maximum exponent in that set are presented. It is shown that the conjecture is true whenn =2 r.

    Abstract This paper deals with seismic activity represented by a hazard curve through a single parameter – exponent k as given in EN 1998-1, as well as with its implications on importance factors. We have used the SHARE project dataset for calculation of exponent k for the wider European area and limited number of separate national studies for comparison of results since comparison to the SHARE results on the same dataset resulted with values of exponent k smaller by 1–1.5. The results indicate that recommended value of exponent k of 3 is rather an exception than expected value in seismically active regions, and that with the exclusion of Vrancea zone, for majority of Europe exponent k is well below assumed in EN 1998-1, which consequently indicate that importance factors for these locations should be larger than recommended in EN 1998-1.

    A tool that provides a generic interface window to help users to construct new window types or modify existing window types (e.g. add subviews or extend their functionalities) is presented. The interface window allows the users to specify the configuration and the attributes of a window interactively and permits users to test its functionality by manipulating it directly. It relieves the users from the burden of thinking about the windowing details at the construction or modification of a window. It further encourages the exploration of more design alternatives for windows so that users can prototype and evaluate various window configurations easily to determine the one that will be adapted into the application. With this tool, the construction of new window types and the modification of existing window types become easy and flexible. The windows evolved in such a programming environment can thus be experimented with and tailored to suit the needs of the user.< >

    The importance of window design and window treatment operation has increased due to the growing need for energy efficiency in the residential sector. This study focuses on the impact of window design and window treatment operation on energy efficiency and the thermal, lighting, and visual environments. In this paper, after comparing the passive potential of some typical detached house models including a model on a narrow site which is increasing in city area. We demonstrate the effect of window design and window treatment operation using simulation. We also aim to present valuable information for both designers and occupants.
