Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to explore the present situation and related factors of big 5 personality in Asian patients with facial contour surgery and to provide experience for clinical individualized medical care.Total 235 patients with facial contour surgery were selected in this study. The Neo Five-factor Inventory was used to investigate them.The scores of conscientiousness and openness in the Neo Five-factor Inventory were higher than others, whereas neuroticism score was lowest in patients with facial contour surgery. The scores of extroversion and agreeableness were in the middle level. Among the big 5 personality the age, educational background, self-rated personality, the only child in a family and other cosmetic surgery history had significant differences in patients.Patients with facial contour surgery for different sex, different marital status, different body mass index, there is no significant difference in the big 5 personality through this study. However, older patients had higher score for conscientiousness, patients with higher educational background had higher scores in openness and patients with introverted personality had higher neuroticism score. The authors should take individualized personality traits during perioperative care to help the patients to establish a correct and healthy esthetic concept, as well as postoperative body image concept, to build their self-confidence and social competitiveness.The aim of higher technical and vocational education is to cultivate applied persion with abbility.The applied persion with abbility is not only acquainted and capable,but also with healthy personality.Currently,some students of higher technical and vocational college have certain personality de-fect,so to reinforce the education about healthy personality is a problem to be solved.The article analyse the actuality of healthy personality about these stu-dents and its reasons at first,and then give some strategy about education of healthy personality.

Although there is a robust connection between dispositional personality traits and well-being, relatively little research has comprehensively examined the ways in which all Big Five personality states are associated with short-term experiences of well-being within individuals. We address three central questions about the nature of the relationship between personality and well-being states: First, to what extent do personality and well-being states covary within individuals? Second, to what extent do personality and well-being states influence one another within individuals? Finally, are these within-person relationships moderated by dispositional personality traits and well-being?Two experience sampling studies (N = 161 and N = 146) were conducted over 2 weeks.Across both studies, all Big Five personality states were correlated with short-term experiences of well-being within individuals. Individuals were more extraverted, emotionally stable, conscientious, agreeable, and open in moments when they experienced higher well-being (greater self-esteem, life satisfaction and positive affect, and less negative affect). Moreover, personality and well-being states dynamically influenced one another over time within individuals, and these associations were not generally moderated by dispositional traits or well-being.Behavior and well-being are interconnected within the context of the Big Five model of personality.
