    Nitrogen accumulation reached the peak around 45 days after silking stage and high population was helpful to nitrogen accumulation.Total N content of the plant was positively correlated with yield and it got closer in higher density.Grain nitrogen content and nitrogen harvest index were significantly positively correlated with yield in higher density.Nitrogen application high ratio in silking stage was beneficial to N accumulation in leaf and ear,as well nitrogen translocation in stem and sheath,nitrogen application high ratio in earlier stage delayed nitrogen metabolism.Nitrogen uptake peak was from silking stage to 15 days after silking stage,nitrogen uptake rate increased in later growth stages under nitrogen application high ratio in silking stage and moved forward in higher population.It was advantaged for nitrogen fertilizer efficiency on condition that nitrogen application was moved backward.Accumulating too much nitrogen in earlier stages had inhibition on nitrogen uptake in later periods.

    In order to develop the high nitrogen efficiency Catalpa bungei C.A.Mey clones,an experiment was carried out to observe nitrogen distribution characteristics and nitrogen efficiency of ten Catalpa bungei C.A.Mey clones treated with the high(+N) and low(-N) nitrogen.The results showed that more nitrogen distributed to the underground part(rootleafstem) under the low nitrogen treatment,while situations under the high nitrogen treatment was contrary(leafstemroot).There was no significant difference on nitrogen distribution between clones.Nitrogen efficiency of clones significantly higher under high nitrogen than low nitrogen,but variation degree among clones under low nitrogen was higher than that under high nitrogen.Variation degree of both of nitrogen absorption efficiency and nitrogen utilization efficiency was much higher under low nitrogen.Increasing nitrogen application rate could improve nitrogen absorption efficiency significantly,but declined nitrogen utilization efficiency.Based on the results of correlation analysis,nitrogen absorption efficiency contributed more to the nitrogen efficiency than nitrogen utilization efficiency.Nitrogen efficiency of 2-7 and 015-1 clones were higher than others under both high and low nitrogen treatments.

    Using ten rice varieties of different nitrogen dry matter production efficiency as materials,the effects of four nitrogen treatments on nitrogen dry matter production efficiency(NDMPE),dry matter accumulation(DMA) and nitrogen accumulation(NA) were investigated in pot experiments.The results showed that the nitrogen application increased DMA and NA,but different genotype rice had different increment.With the nitrogen application,the NA and nitrogen content(NC) and DMA increased significantly,but the DMPE obviously declined.The NA was significantly correlated with NC and DMA,the NDMPE was significantly negatively correlated with NA and NC.Significant difference of soil nitrogen apparent balance appeared among different rice varieties,and the difference become more obvious with the increase of nitrogen application.

    Based on the experiment of adding nitrogen in nitrogen-containing stainless steels by blowing nitrogen gas,the influencing factors including chemical compositions,temperature,superficial active elements and nitrogen-flow rate to molten steel's nitrogen absorbing were studied. The experimental results show that some alloy elements such as Mn and Cr can raise the nitrogen solubility in the molten steel;the temperature of molten steel increases,the rate of absorbing nitrogen increases correspondingly;the oxygen content in molten steel keeps molten steel from absorbing nitrogen;the nitrogen flow rate increases,the rate of absorbing nitrogen increases correspondingly. And the production process was discussed,which provides reference for adding nitrogen in nitrogen-containing stainless steels steelmaking process by blowing nitrogen gas.

    Field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different nitrogen forms on soil nitrogen supplying capacity and plant nitrogen content in 2006-2007 growing season.The amount of nitrogen was 240 kg/ha with three nitrogen forms: NO-3-N(NaNO3),NH+4-N(NH4HCO3) and CONH2-N(urea),respectively.Result indicated that the soil total nitrogen and available nitrogen were the highest with NO-3-N treatment.But the activity of nitrate reducase in leaves and the nitrogen content of different organs in plant before mature with NH-2-N treatment were higher than the other treatments.The grain protein content and nitrogen utilization efficiency of NH2-N treatment were the highest in the three treatments.It was concluded that the amide nitrogen was suitable for strong gluten wheat.

    An experiment has been carried out to study the effect of different water and nitrogen condition on nitrogen absorption,translocation and accumulation of different oat cultivars Baiyan2 and Baiyan7,widely planted in Inner Mongolia,which different in nitrogen treatment,at irrigation and drought,and also to seek the mechanism of efficient use of water and nitrogen of oats.The results show that,nitrogen treatment has great influence on plant nitrogen absorption,grain yield.Under the same nitrogen application condition,plants nitrogen accumulation of irrigation is obviously more than that of drought at maturing stage;with the increase of nitrogen,plants nitrogen accumulation increase at maturing stage,nitrogen in vegetative organs accumulation increase;there is no significant change on the efficiency of nitrogen translocation,nitrogen contribution rate,use efficiency of nitrogen with the increase of nitrogen,if the nitrogen is over more,it would restrain the nitrogen translocation and utilization.So the right amount of nitrogen would assure higher nitrogen utilization.

    Effects of nitrogen application period on nitrogen accumulation,translocation and nitrogen use efficiency were studied.The main results as following: compared with CK,nitrogen application increased NHI and amounts of nitrogen accumulation in plants and grain.The amounts of nitrogen accumulation in ear increased quickly after silking,nitrogen translocation of stem and sheath happened mostly in early filling stage,nitrogen translocation of leaf happened mostly in middle and later filling stage.Nitrogen application made nitrogen physiological efficiency declined 16%,nitrogen fertilizer efficiency was no obvious difference among three treatments.The 60%-70% in total nitrogen accumulation amounts of plants was accumulated from silking to maturing stage,the nitrogen accumulation amounts and nitrogen use efficiency of T4 were highest,compared with T2 and T3,the NUE of T4 heightened 21.8 and 22.8 percent points.

    The relative analyses show that the correlation extents were different between various nitrogen forms and nitrogen absorption contents of maize in Albic soil of east regions of Heilongjiang Province.The N0 value,available nitrogen,hydrolizable nitrogen,amino acid-nitrogen and mineralizable nitrogen had very significant positive relation with nitrogen absorption contents of maize.Also,the total nitrogen,amino sugar nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen had significant positive relation with nitrogen absorption contents of maize.But the unidentified nitrogen,unhydrolizable nitrogen had no relation with the nitrogen adsorption contents of maize.
