    Abstract:
    A major challenge for the dissemination, replication, and reuse of epidemiological forecasting studies during COVID-19 pandemics is the lack of clear guidelines and platforms to exchange models in a Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR) manner, facilitating reproducibility of research outcomes. During the beginning of pandemics, models were developed in diverse tools that were not interoperable, opaque without traceability and semantics, and scattered across various platforms - making them hard to locate, infer and reuse. In this work, we demonstrate that implementing the standards developed by the systems biology community to encode and share COVID-19 epidemiological models can serve as a roadmap to implement models as a tool in medical informatics, in general. As a proof-of-concept, we encoded and shared 24 epidemiological models using the standard format for model exchange in systems biology, annotated them with cross-references to data resources, packed up all associated files in COMBINE archives for easy sharing, and finally, disseminated the models through BioModels repository to significantly enhance their reproducibility and repurposing potential. We recommend the use of systems biology standards to encode and share models of epidemic and pandemic forecasts to improve their findability, accessibility, interoperability, reusability, and reproducibility.

    To strengthen the management of food traceability and provide experience on food traceability for China, The traceability systems developed by EU, New Zealand, Canada and some other countries and regions were reviewed.     The ENCODE (Encyclopedia of DNA Elements) project, started in 2003, is a consortium of 442 scientists from around the world working together to assign a function to the DNA that does not encode genes.     This study find the problems and defects of the implementation of traceability for agricultural products in China through comparation between China and developed countries for the research achievements about agricultural products traceability. And put forward some proposals focusing on consumer to promote the implementation of traceability after analyzing the important role of consumer in the process.

    Food traceability is a strong tool for preventing and improving food safety problems effectively. Based on the analysis of factors influencing the operation of food traceability, the current status of traceability mode in China is studied. Then to provide more useful reference for implementation of food traceability in China, advanced way of traceability is introduced and new operation mode that suitable for the situation and development of China is discussed.

    This paper aims at the current food safety problems, because the traditional food traceability system can not guarantee that the food safety problems can accurately trace and trace. With the improvement of science and technology levels and the development of society, blockchain technology has gradually entered people's vision. Using blockchain technology can not be tampered with, information transparency and other characteristics can make food safety traceability can be realized. This article analyzes the traditional food traceability system and the food safety traceability system based on blockchain technology, compares the differences between the two, and lists the advantages of the food safety traceability system under blockchain technology.
