Abstract:
Reinforcement sleeve grouting connection is one of the main connection methods for precast reinforced concrete structure. The plumpness of sleeve grouting is the key to the connection of sleeve grouting. To solve the problem that the sleeve grouting is not full, the author improved the warehouse division method, and researched a micro-pressure grouting construction method that can ensure 100% full grouting of each sleeve even without compartments. In this paper, the basic principle of micro-pressure grouting is described, the technological process is put forward, the experiment of water injection before grouting is carried out, and the micro-pressure grouting method is applied to many practical projects, among which the negative pressure grouting method can effectively improve the quality of grout layer bonding surface. The paper predicts that the micro-pressure grouting technology will also bring new changes to the form and construction technology of prefabricated components in the future. Keywords:

The Technology of precast concrete growing rapidly. The concrere research has been aimed to create an innovation simplify and to reduce weaknesses of concrete include precast concrete. This study aims to research the connection of precast beams with combination notches type. This study used precast beams which dimensions were 20x30x270 cm, f’(c) was 25MPa. The precast beams which connection by diagonal types, the length of connection was 15 cm and 20 cm. The samples used 3(three) beams ie. 2 (two) of beams precast as BM-15 and BM-20 which are connected by diagonal types with grouting 0MPa and 1 (one) of monolith beam as BN. The results of researches that the strongest beam precast was BM-20 on 44,05 kN or 30,41 % than monolith beam (BN).

Structural Installation of Precast Concrete Elements Lushomo Jule, Huang Zhuye, Mwendanga Cedric, Jian Xiaosheng Abstract Precast Concrete construction is a building method used in modern construction. It is important in the development of construction methods, as it deals with some of the major factors influencing construction: budget, environment and time. This paper will review the installation of precast elements on a construction project. Practical experiences are discussed and gained. This paper aims to have an in-depth look at the assembly of precast elements using sleeve and cast-in-site connections to join beams, columns, walls and slabs to form a monolithic structure. Experimental results of new precast concrete beam-column connections constructed by post-tensioning precast beams to precast columns using unbonded tendons are presented. The connections consist of precast beams which has steel cap at its ends and precast columns which has steel band at the connection region. The steel cap and steel band are used to reduce damage in the plastic hinge region of precast beams. Four test specimens were subjected to reversed cyclic loading and comparisons were made between the behavior of presented precast concrete specimens and conventional precast concrete specimen.

Preliminary results of small-scale model compaction grouting tests performed in a geotechnical centrifuge are presented. The soil response to a one-stage grout bulb injection in dry uniform sand was examined at various prototype depths, and the effects of grout composition on grout bulb development and shape and on soil response are evaluated. Preliminary results indicate that the shape of the injected grout bulb is a function of overburden pressure. For specific grouting conditions, there is a maximum size that the grout bulb will achieve. Observed soil deformations were similar to those observed in models of deep uplift anchors. The addition of either clay or fly ash to the grout mix reduced the ability to sustain high injection pressures.

The number of high-rise buildings and their corresponding height are increasing in the world. However, the highest building in the world with a load bearing precast structure is only 132m high (Het Strijkijzer in The Hague). Is this the maximum height of precast concrete or can we achieve greater heights with this building method? And how do the transport systems cope with the increased height of a precast structure? The feasibility of precast concrete in a high-rise building is investigated in this thesis by creating a structural and logistical design for the Zalmhaven tower (the reference project). By analysing and examining the differences between the precast and monolithic (cast in situ) structure, characteristic aspects of precast concrete have been denoted.

The construction noise and wasted material of total precast concrete structure are reduced by factory production of components and assembled construction, green construction can be achieved.Combined with the first total precast parking structure in China, the connection modes of precast components are introduced, such as between precast columns and precast columns, between precast columns and precast inverted beams, between precast double tee slabs and precast columns or precast shear wall, which can provide a reference for the design of similar engineering.

The effect of confining entire members or parts of members, such as beams and columns, is known to strengthen the bond between the concrete and reinforcement. In this paper, the effect of confining the grout that surrounds isolated, single reinforcing bars on the bond strength between the bar and the grout is investigated. Grout-filled steel pipe splices with differnet parameters and geometrical design were prepared and loaded in axial tension until failure. The test specimens are described and the test results are presented, with discussion and analysis in light of existing theory. The experimental results show that a generic and inexpensive reinforcing bar splice for field connection of precast concrete members can be achieved using grout-filled standard steel pipe.
