Abstract:
Abstract Because of low measurement redundancy and frequent switch changes, it is difficult to identify the correct topology structure. In this paper, a topology recognition method of distribution network based on branch active power is proposed. Firstly, branch active power residual algorithm is used to identify the topological structure. The topology obtained by this method has the highest matching degree with the real-time measured data. Then genetic algorithm is used to optimize the inverse recognition of power grid topology. The numerical example shows that the method is reasonable, effective, rapid and simple. It also has good adaptability with a large number of measurement errors.Keywords:

In this paper, we propose a method to estimate an adaptability of environmental data on each farmland concerning with each cultivation of vegetables. We propose an actual method to represent a feature of a farmland. We define an adaptability of a farmland for vegetables as a value of differences between environmental data on the farmland and a condition of a standard manner of the cultivation. Since the size of observed data on each farmland is big, it is difficult to apply various algorithms for analysis to the data. Therefore, we present the method to compress such a big data into a simple value by indexing from observed values into-1, 0, or 1. Then, the method is applied to the data obtained by our cultivation experiment of tomatoes. From the result by comparing the values of adaptability obtained by experiments in 2013 and 2014, we show that the adaptability can be expected to have close relationship with growth of vegetables.

With the deepening of the electricity market reform and the development of community economy, as well as the increasing of grid scale, researching and establishing the adaptability evaluation theory and method of power grid construction not only is a realistic demand, but also has great influence on improving the evaluation theory system of power grid planning. In this paper, the adaptability evaluation content for large power grid construction consists of the adaptability of the national economy, the energy structure adaptability, grid structure adaptability and the adaptability of technology development. The paper also discusses the constructing theory and practice basis of the evaluation contents, in addition, the evaluation indexes of adaptability are presented in the paper.

Based on an empirical analysis on a sample composed of 392 undergraduate students from Chongqing's six universities,we find that occupational adaptability can be divided into five dimensionalities,named study and skill adaptability,intercommunicate adaptability,occupational consciousness adaptability and career choose adaptability,environment adaptability.We analyze the differences in occupational adaptability for the different types of students,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the students' occupational adaptability.

Investigation on environmental adaptability of special vehicle engine is scarce and its current evaluation system is unjustifiable in our country. Based on the fuzzy evaluation theory, referenced the criterion of American army environmental adaptability experiment, the paper determined the engine environmental adaptability evaluation fuzzy sets, baseline vectors and weight coefficients by the methods of hierarchical analysis and expert scoring. Then an environmental adaptability evaluation model was established to analyze and evaluate the engine environmental adaptability of the typical areas. The results indicate that the environmental adaptability of Bange in Tibet province rank "poor", Turpan in Tibet province rank "good", and Mohe in Heilongjiang province rank "average".

The study on the relationship between pupils' living adaptability and the academic achievement of 256 students, results of are:significant differences between male and female pupils exist in living aim,behavior maturity and living adaptability; social adaptability and the sense of adaptability accounted for 18%of the academic achievement variances and academic achievement accounted for 11%of the variances of the sense of adaptability and 9%of the living adaptability as well as a significant correlation between academic achievement and affinity,social skills,social adaptability,behavior maturity,emotional stability, sense of adaptability and living adaptability.

Law has to be able to respond to new or changing circumstances. This ‘legal adaptability’ may be more important than details in the ‘law as such’. However, its meaning and its significance have not yet been analysed in detail. Thus, legal adaptability will be examined in this article. It looks at the worst case scenario by discussing a fictional country (Elbonia) where legal adaptability is poor, and identifies the main adaptability criteria. By using empirical data from the three Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), it also provides an example of how to ascertain the degree of legal adaptability of particular countries.

In order to evaluate the eco-economic adaptability of crops production,the concepts and calculative methods of ecological potential capacity and market potential capacity were put forward,the dynamic threshold value system of the indexes for the eco-economic adaptability of different crop-region combinations was established,the calculative method of the single ecoeconomic adaptability indexes,the comprehensive eco-economic adaptability indexes which reflects the principle of minimum factor and the apparent eco-economic adaptability indexes and the regional comprehensive apparent eco-economic adaptability indexes which reflects practical situation of crops production were built up.12 representative counties in Jiangsu Province were selected to analysis,and 77 combinations of eco-economic adaptability indexes,apparent eco-economic adaptability indexes of crop-region and 12 regional comprehensive apparent eco-economic adaptability indexes were obtained.By comparative analysis,the result could be used as guidance for preferential order of productive arragement of crops among different regions.The method could be used as eco-economic adaptability for different crop-region combinations.
