    In recent years, the construction industry has flourished in China. Through investigating construction safety accident data of one city and combing with engineering construction site, construction works risk control system was built. We used fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to access the risk of the factors and made a conclusion that the safety management and construction conditions should be primarily controlled in construction works. Finally, a preliminary study was done about Construction Project Safety Management System.

    Due to the construction safety issues become increasingly prominent,it is very necessary to study about construction safety warning model. The Paper analyzes the factors which affect the construction safety from the aspects of people,objects,environment and management combined with the previous construction accident cases, and builds security early-warning indicator system construction. It divides the construction safety warning state into five levels,and applies expert scoring method to quantify division of each warning interval. Learning the application of fuzzy neural network in other disciplines and fields,the article builds the construction safety warning model based on T-S network. After training and testing large number of samples, the network has a good generalization. Then it selects three construction projects in Shenyang City for early-warning,it finds that the results are consistent with traditional early-warning model,further validate the accuracy and feasibility of T-S network early-warning model. Finally,it gets the conclusion that T-S network has the applicability in construction safety warning.

    This paper researches the relationship between construction safety and design and the construction accidents.It can be seen that most of the accidents are related to the design,specially falling objects and collapse accidents of pile and foundation works,masonry works,decoration works.Therefore,reconstruction design should fully consider the construction safety problems,and realize the concept of construction safety design.

    There are many potential threats in the construction process.So how to avoid safety accidents in the construction process become many enterprises have been trying to solve for many years.We will use BIM 5D technology to present the construction progress and safety problems in the construction process in this paper. We simulate the construction process to find the problems in the construction,and use RFID technology to detect whether the real-time location of the equipment and operators in the construction site is consistent with the data of the simulated construction process.We can reduce the occurrence of safety accidents by controlling the construction process and simulating the construction datas.It not only can control and deal with the construction safety problems effectively, but also achieve the goal of speeding up the construction progress, reducing the construction cost and improving the construction safety. At the same time, it can realize the efficiency, safety and intelligence of the construction site.

    There are special dangers in the construction of hydropower projects. Therefore, strengthening the early warning of safety accidents in the construction of hydropower projects, and doing a good job in the safety management and prevention of the construction site are important guarantees for the smooth progress of the construction of hydropower projects. Based on this, based on the SVM model, this paper establishes an early warning index system for hydropower engineering construction safety accidents, builds a hydropower engineering construction safety accident early warning model based on SVM, and discusses the practical application of the SVM-based hydropower engineering construction safety accident early warning model. Finally, it proposes the safety precautions for the construction of hydropower projects aim to provide some useful references and improve the safety management level of hydropower project construction.

    Real‐time and effective early warning of highway engineering construction sites is the key to ensuring the safety of highway engineering construction. At present, highway engineering construction safety early warning is limited by the experience of relevant personnel at the site and the dynamic changes of the project site environment. Therefore, the creation of a more active, smarter, and more effective real‐time early warning model for construction safety is a strong complement to current research and has important theoretical and practical implications. The Internet of Things is the third wave of the information industry after computers, the Internet, and mobile communication networks. It is of great significance to promote the development of science and technology, economic growth, and social progress. Aiming at the shortcomings of the inadequate safety management methods for highway engineering construction in China, the inefficient efficiency of safety production supervision and management, and the emphasis on single and sporty supervision methods, a real‐time early warning model for highway engineering construction safety based on the Internet of Things technology was constructed. By quantifying, scoring, and statistics of the safety situation during the construction process, the model achieves the goals of real‐time monitoring, early warning, and handling hidden safety hazards. It overcomes problems such as untimely and unscientific safety issues in the past and effectively improves China’s highway engineering construction. The experimental comparison between the real‐time early warning model and the traditional early warning model in this paper shows that the accuracy of the early warning model proposed in this paper is improved by nearly 5%, and the false alarm rate is reduced by nearly 4%.
