    Abstract:
    As a new type and large capacity load, electric vehicle will bring new challenges to the safety and economic operation of power system when it is connected to power grid in large quantities. According to the development trend of electric vehicle construction in residential area, this paper expounds the concept of orderly charging and demonstrates the necessity of its large-scale promotion. And from the point of view of suitable for rapid promotion and application, a scheme suitable for the orderly charging of large-scale electric vehicles in residential areas is put forward, and its architecture, business process, control strategy, reward and punishment mechanism are described in detail. The research results of this paper will provide useful reference for the future large-scale promotion of intelligent orderly charging in residential areas.

    Electric vehicles are ultimate eco-friendly vehicles as they do not have any tailpipe emission. The automotive industry has turned to the electrically powered vehicle owing to the problems caused by gasoline engine on people as well as the environment. This paper explains how an electric vehicle works and compares the electric vehicle to the internal combustion engine and hybrid vehicle. Also it proposes the optimum way to use the power which can be recovered through regenerative braking for charging the battery.

    Abstract This paper discusses about the Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) and the simulation on the Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle Drivetrain. The concept and the classification of the HEV is discussed here and the simulation and analysis of a drivetrain for Parallel Electric Hybrid Engine (PHEV) was formulated on MATLAB Simulink. The methodology of simulation was to accelerate or decelerate the vehicle independently with the electric motor with engine running at constant speed. And the parameters such as electric motor and engine power were compared and observed. And research on CO2 emission and fuel consumption was made between the PHEV and Conventional Vehicle (ICE Vehicle). And the conclusion was made according to the research and the simulation that the development of HEV will have a great potential in fuel economy improvement.

    At present, the expansion in vehicle population has contributed to the increase in carbon emissions and has led to an even greater increase in the need for fuel. In this way, the hybrid vehicle (HEV) and the electric vehicle (EV) are being introduced to reduce fuel consumption and exhaust gas emission instead of conventional vehicles. The study of parameters for the hybrid electric vehicle is important to design the powertrain of the vehicle. The parameters of hybrid vehicles consist of the rate of internal combustion engine (ICE) power, transmission gear ratios, motor maximum torque and power, capacity and power of battery. The vehicle model with the regenerative model is built to calculate the regenerative energy for driving on a road condition. The design purposes to match the vehicle with the specified performances, like as speed and acceleration. Many parameters are chosen from analysis of this results. And then, as a result, fuel consumption of test vehicle model reduces 15% than the conventional vehicle in this study.

    The development of compact and efficient hybrid electric vehicle powertrains for low initial and on-going costs requires consideration of numerous, often competing factors. Appropriately designing and sizing these powertrains requires the consideration of requirements for vehicle range and performance, considered directly through the sizing of motors and engines, and indirectly through minimization of vehicle mass whilst being constrained by total stored energy in the vehicle, against the impact on vehicle emissions and on purchase and ongoing operational costs. In addition to these considerations the actual driver use will strongly influence the energy consumed and vehicle emissions. It therefore becomes beneficial to provide flexibility in hybrid vehicle configuration design to enable the minimization of vehicle emissions and ongoing vehicle costs. The purpose of this paper is to study the various alternative vehicle powertrain configurations for application to small scale hybridization demands, such as scooters or motorcycles. Powertrain configurations studied in this paper include plug-in hybrid electric (PHEV), battery hybrid electric (BHEV), and a pure electric vehicle (PEV). To design and size each of the configurations a statistical approach is taken, power and load demands are studied and utilized to size powertrain components. Results are extended to size vehicle energy storage for electric only range of 25, 50 and 100 km, and total vehicle range of 100 km for the BHEV and 200 km for the PHEV. Based on the results developed from the analysis mathematical models of each of the powertrain configurations are then developed in Matlab/Simulink and numerical studies of vehicle energy consumption in comparison to range are conducted. Outcomes of these simulations are compared to an operating cost based analysis of the suggested powertrains; the benefits and limitations of each design are considered in detail.

    Because of lower fuel consumption and emissions, especially unlimited drive mileage, hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) has long term potential for future main stream vehicle. Based on conventional vehicle CHERY A5, this paper analyzes the framework of powertrain and control strategy of the parallel hybrid electric vehicle. A method of powertrain parameters matching is presented. On the basis of engineering analysis and theoretic calculation, the selection and related parameters design of engine, batteries, motor and the gear ratios of driveline are ascertained. Simulation of the vehicle performance is carried out based on ADVISOR. The results indicate that the dynamic performance and fuel economy of whole vehicle are satisfied.

    Abstract In order to implement the spirit of the Thirteenth Party Congress more fully and in a more penetrating way, last year we conducted an investigation of conditions regarding the cultivation and promotion of women cadres in our province as a whole. According to the results of our investigation, there are 21.851 million women workers in the province, constituting 32.5 percent of the total number of workers in the province as a whole. At the same time, there are 351, 000 women cadres, making up 32.5 percent of the total number of cadres at comparable levels. There are 7, 481 women cadres in leadership positions, making up only 8.4 percent of the number of cadres at that level.
