    Abstract:
Use of adaptive immune receptor repertoire sequencing (AIRR-seq) has become widespread, providing new insights into the immune system with potential broad clinical and diagnostic applications. However, like many high-throughput technologies, it comes with several problems, and the AIRR Community was established to understand and help solve them. We, the AIRR Community's Biological Resources Working Group, have surveyed scientists about the need for standards and controls in generating and annotating AIRR-seq data. Here, we review the current status of AIRR-seq, provide the results of our survey, and based on them, offer recommendations for developing AIRR-seq standards and controls, including future work.

TRT Turkish folk music repertoire is used as a common repertoire in the performance of Turkish folk instruments. Among these Turkish folk instruments, the baglama is one of the main instruments that stand out in Turkish folk music. In baglama performance, it is known that works belonging to different musical genres or new works composed for the baglama are used, as well as the use of the THM repertoire to a large extent. It can be said that this is due to the ability of the baglama to easily adapt to different types of music and types of performance, and to have a large performance capacity that baglama players today reach. Therefore, given the level of performance that the baglama, which has a rich performing infrastructure, has reached today, there is a need for an instrumental repertoire based on instrument performance. In the study, the existing instrumental repertoire used in baglama performance was evaluated from various angles. The main results of the study are that the baglama has a very rich performing infrastructure, there are alternative or new/innovative repertoire works next to the existing THM repertoire, baglama performers are already entering the repertoire areas of different musical genres due to the need for instrumental repertoire.

This chapter presents an overview of the standardization of rates. We first present some reasons for standardization, and some warnings against its uncritical use. We then define two types of standardization, direct and indirect, and set the stage for a comparison of the two. Later, we present some other methods of standardization, and discuss techniques for standardizing on two correlated dimensions. A problem solving section appears at the end of the chapter.

The authors briefly introduced the importance of standardization, the new trends of standardization in developed countries,as well as the new situation, new tasks and new requirements faced by standardization in China. The main function of the National Technical Committee of Standardization for Wood-based Panels in China was also presented. The authors reviewed the development of standardization for wood-based panels in China and analyzed the main problems existed.Thereafter, necessary actions were suggested to promote standardization for wood-based panels in China, such as to strengthen standardization research,to initiate performance standards,to address public interest standards,to pay more attention to basic methodology standards and to actively participate in international standardization.

Abstract : This study examines the standardization of facility designs. Different levels or degrees of design standardization are identified and defined. The major issues concerning standardization are identified as well as advantages and disadvantages of design standardization. The study recommends that Department of Defense(DoD) adopt a design standardization program that employs a matrix approach. The program recommended would result in an integrated, user-oriented approach to facility design standardization. The complex standardization has great significance in promoting the standardization work and enhancing the level of standardization. Based on the theory of systems engineering, this paper brings forward complex standardization elements and establishes a general pattern of complex standardization. And then this paper summarizes the typical mode about large aircraft standardization and standardization of circular economy. Finally, the paper proposes some suggestion about applying comprehensive standardized mode in management work.

Starting from the concept of standardization and its the importance, this article analyzed the characteristics of RTA furniture and it's standardization problem. The necessity and urgency to advance the standardization was also pointed out.The contents of standardization with respects to general engineering factors, materials, technological design, quality examination, the comprehensive rank evaluates and so on were disussed with the emphusis of standardization as a key step.Matters needed to be taken into account and strategies during the course of standardization were also discussed.

Abstract : Results of a 6-month study of standardization criteria & characteristics are presented that may be effectively applied to the Advanced Aircraft Armament System (AAAS) Program. System elements feasibly for standardization are identified. Standardization characteristics for those feasible elements are developed for various levels of standardization (subsystem, module, piece part) and standardization approaches (horizontal, vertical, area, functional, logistical, and cooperative). Alternative standardization characteristics are also postulated and recommendations are formulated for application to the AAAS Program. (Author)

When performers, who have learned some but not all of the possible songs they might have learned, come together in situations where they have to play for a certain amount of time for whoever is there, what they play is their repertoire for that occasion. These players playing in this place with its demands and using the repertoire that is, one way or another and at one level or another, available to them individually and collectively, create, on the spot and perhaps for this one time only, a repertoire, the specific list of songs they play on that occasion. In the most general case, a working repertoire exists for just that one occasion. Musicians who assemble for a job often have played together before. This chapter looks at two common forms of repertoire that musicians can rely on to create an evening's performance: the working repertoire of a semistable group and the generalized repertoire that characterizes what we might call a playing region or musical community.
