    Abstract:
    Plasma-activated water (PAW), the water or solutions treated with atmospheric cold plasma, is an eco-friendly technique with minimal changes in food products, making it a befitting alternative to traditional disinfection methods. Due to its potential microbicidal properties, PAW has been receiving increasing attention for applications in the food, agricultural, and biomedical fields. In this article, we aimed at presenting an overview of recent studies on the generation methods, physicochemical properties, and antimicrobial activity of PAW, as well as its application in the food industry. Specific areas were well discussed including microbial decontamination of food products, reduction of pesticide residues, meat curing, sprouts production, and disinfection of food contact materials. In addition, the factors influencing PAW efficiency were also well illustrated in detail, such as discharge parameters, types and amounts of microorganisms, characteristics of the liquid solution and food products, and treatment time. Moreover, the strategies to improve the efficacy of PAW were also presented in combination with other technologies. Furthermore, the salient drawbacks of this technology were discussed and the important areas for future research were also highlighted. Overall, the present review provides important insights for the application of PAW in the food industry.

    The present situation and dominant factors of concentrating food-processing industry in Shanghai were analyzed by statistical methods.The results showed that the concentration of food-processing industry in Shanghai was promoted by such factors as geographical advantages,final consumer market scale,and input scales of food-processing production factors.Some proposals were further put forward.

    Since the pace of life becomes faster in recent years,the number and size of fast food industry are boosted.Fast food safety receives unprecedented attention and evokes a thinking of food safety laws.The new Food Safety Law is of great significance,therefore,the learning,publicizing and training about Food Safety Law is top priority of fast food industry,so that Food Safety Law is carried out and implemented effectively.

    According to rapid development of Korean food processing industry, our food life pattern is changed and due to opening of import for foreign processed food, our food life pattern is approaching into international gradually. Most of the food processing industry use Natural food additives and chemical food additives in any case generally. Upto now, consumers and food process manufacturers do not have exact data and information of food additives usage/production quantity and specially they know only about the limited knowledge of foreign food additives. This paper covers following article with our review of Korean food additives production records from 1985 to 1988. Functional classification, annual growth rate, annual production quantity and comparison, usage of food additives, functional product record, technology level of food additives production and status of usage in foreign countries. With comparison between level of Korean food additives production technology and that of foreign countries, I would like to require increasing to investment for the low level of our food additive industries and food processing industries with the understanding of food additives applications.

    In China,food additives abuse in food industry is common,causes a lot of food safety incidents,and becomes one of the most concerned issues of the public.In this paper,we took a survey about the use of food additive in 88 food processing enterprises of Zhengzhou,studying the using of food additives by processing enterprises profoundly.The result demonstrates that a stricter regulation of the use of food additives is essential;and the size of enterprises,the category of products and the integrated level of supply chain have some relevance with enterprises'using of food additives.

    Summary The purpose of the article is to review the use of food grade industrial enzymes in food processing. Only those enzymes directly added or deliberately used by the food manufacturer are considered. Areas of application covered include the baking industry, the dairy industry, the starch processing industry, the protein processing industry, and the fruit juice industry. The brewing and distilling industries are not included here as part of the food processing area. In addition, enzymes applied to cleaning of food processing plant and in food analysis are mentioned. Finally, the future developments of these products are briefly reviewed.

    By the analysis of input and output of 1981,1983,1987,1990,1992 and 1995,it was found that the share of food-industry was getting more and more in the agricultural output,agriculture was depending on food-industry to process and raise value.However,circuitous production was weakening the dependence of food-industry consuming agricultural products directly,food-industry was turning to the deep processing of agricultural products,the induced effect on agriculture was being reduced greatly.At the same time,based on province data from 2000 to 2002,with ecometric model,it was discovered that food-industry and agriculture still had remarkable industrial connection relations.Further industry subdividing,it was found that food-processing industry linked agriculture,food-manufacturing industry.So,quickening the development of food-processing industry is the key to strengthen the related effect of food-industry and agriculture.

    The article assesses the level of self-sufficiency in Russia with basic food products and their economic accessibility. The role of the food and processing industry in achieving food independence is shown. An analysis of food production and consumption, as well as the main indicators of industry development over a five-year period (2017-2021) is presented. The main problems in these areas are listed. It is noted that their solution requires more active participation of government institutions.
