After the microwave digestion,As,Pb,Cr,Cd,Cu and Hg in Guijiajiao were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Especially,As was determined by collision cell technodogy.The detection limit ranges of the 6hazardous elements were 0.009-0.036ng/mL.The average recoveries of the 6elements were in the range of 85.1%-113.6% with the relative standard deviations less than 10%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used to determine the contents of 6hazardous elements in Guijiajiao.

This paper introduces main conditions and effects of determination of total w(Al) in steel with microwave digestion and Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry.The method is to adopt phosphate and the mixture of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid to dissolve the samples,and then to determine the total w(Al) with Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry in proper conditions.Compared with traditional residue-recovery method,the new method has good coincidence with it and is more rapid and efficient to meet the requirement of total w(Al) analysis.

A method of determination of trace rare earth element in soil by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was developed.Trace rare earth elements in the soil certified reference material was analyzed.The result was in good agreement with the certified value.Soil real sample analysis was also carried out,the result was satisfactory.With the advantages of microwave digestion and high sensitivity,the developed method is a reliable analytical method for trace rare earth elements analysis in soil.

Microwave digestion simplifies the pretreatment of biological samples with satisfactory digestion effect.Combined with microwave digestion,14 micro-amount of elements including Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Co,Cr,Ni,Li,Mo,B,Be,Th,Tl,U were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Analytical conditions of microwave digestion and ICP-MS measurement were optimized through experiments.The analytical results for rice and cabbage National Standard Reference materials are in agreement with certified values with precision of less than 6%RSD(n=4).

目的 探讨微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定人全血中16种微量元素的可行性.方法血样经微波消解法,在最佳仪器条件下,以内标参比脉冲计数ICP-MS法测定.结果方法回收率为87.3%~102.4%,检出限为0.01~2.ng/ml,RSD为0.26%~6.80%.结论该方法具有快速、简便、灵敏、准确的优点,适于人全血样中微量元素的测定。

Based on microwave digestion and dry digestion, the concentrations of Si, S, Ca, Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu, Al, Mo, Sb, Ti, V, Y and Zn in carbon fiber were determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Compare with the concentrations in the solution got by microwave digestion, the concentrations in the solution got by dry digestion are higher. And microwave digestion is more suitable for treatment of carbon fiber containing volatile elements than dry digestion.

Hops were treated by microwave digestion with pre-digestion step.Continuous determination of 11 microelements in hops by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with collision cell technology.The correlation coefficients of various elements were greater than 0.9995,and RSDs were less than 5%with recoveries from 82.0%to 112.0%.

Objective
To propose an analysis method for determining 14 kinds of metal elements in collagen, including Mn, Cu, Zn, Al, Ti, Pb, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Ni, Fe, As and Hg.
Method
The conditions of collagen microwave digestion, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) working conditions and the modes used in the determination of various metal elements in ICP-MS were optimized. The content of 14 metal elements in 9 kinds of collagens with different specifications was determined by microwave digestion/ICP-MS, and the tagged recovery verification and method accuracy determination were conducted.
Results
The detection limit of the instrument was 0.1~5.0 μg/L. The detection limit of the proposed method was 0.001 25~0.625 mg/kg. The relative standard deviation (n=11) was not more than 4.0%, and the recovery rate of the sample was 87.7%~107.4%. Under the same conditions, 14 metal elements in the pig liver standard were measured and the measured values were within the standard range.
Conclusions
The microwave digestion/ICP-MS method possesses the advantages of rapidness, simplicity, high sensitivity, good stability and high accuracy. It is worthy of reference and promotion.

[Objective] To develop a simultaneous determination method of Pb,Cd,Cu and As in supplementary calcium food by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.[Methods] After digesting by microwave digestion,samples were directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.[Results] The detections of limit were at the range of 0.002-0.015mg /kg,the R.S.Ds were less than 3.3%,and recoveries were at the range of 95.6-105.The results of two references were satisfactory.[Conclusion] This method is simple,sensitive and accuracy,and can simultaneous determinate Pb,Cd,Cu and As in supplementary calcium food.
