Lipoma is the most common benign mesenchymal tumor that occurs in the human body. However, it is uncommon to occur in the oral cavity.According to literature, oral lipomas most commonly affect the buccal mucosa, followed by the tongue, and the floor of the mouth. On the other hand, lipomas rarely occur to the hard palate. We report a case of fibrolipoma affecting the hard palate in this article. An intraoral excision of the tumor was performed under general analgesia. The patient recovered well and was satisfied with the treatment outcome.
