Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing intervention on life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 60 patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The intervention group adopted individualized nursing projects according to the influencing factors of life quality based on routine nursing. The control group received routine nursing only. The life quality of the two groups was appraised by inventory before and after intervention. Results The status such as physiological function, mental function, social function and self-recognized health in the intervention group was greatly ameliorated and was statistically different from that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention could dramatically improve the life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Programs on Quality of Life in Patients with Psoriasis
Objective To study the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with psoriasis.Methods One hundred and six patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups.53 patients in control group received the conventional care,while another 53 patients in study group received the psychological intervention,behavior intervention and drugs guidance.WHO-QOL-BREF was conducted to assess the quality of life,and the scores were analyzed and compared between two groups before and after the intervention.Results There was significant difference in physiology and psychology between two groups(P0.01),and study group was better than control group.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously improve patients' mentality,make them voluntarily adopt the healthy behaviors,change their unhealthy lifestyles,so to decrease the recurrence rate,extend remission stage,reduce complications and increase living quality.

Objective:To explore the effect of community-based individualized nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with heart failure.Methods:Continuously collected 126 patients with heart failure,and randomly divided into the test group and the control group,63 patients in each group.The individualized nursing intervention and routine nursing were used in the study group,while only routine nursing was used in the control group.The outcomes were evaluated by WHOQOL each month,continuous three times.Results:The significant difference was observed between the two groups.After the individual nursing intervention,there were significant improvements of the quality of life in the treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion:Effective community-based individualized nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients with heart failure.

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.Each group had 60 cases.The control group received routine care and guidance and the intervention group received the nursing intervention of cognition,psychology and the behavior on the basis of conventional care and guidance.The quality of life of patients were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results The quality of life of patients in intervention group was obviously higher than that in the control group.Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with osteoporosis.

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention on quality of life for patients with diabetes.Method Divide 60 patients with type 2 diabetes into observation group and control group equally.Patients in control group receive routine nursing intervention.Patients in observation group receive traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention based on routine nursing intervention.Assess the quality of life by Questionnaire for Quality of Life for patients in two groups pre and post intervention.Result The score of quality of life after intervention for observation group is obviously higher.There is significant difference(P0.01).The score of quality of life for observation group is obviously higher than the score of control group.There is significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention can improve patients' mental,physical and social function and their quality of life.

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the development of life quality a- mong the community patients with chronic disease. Methods 100 patients with chronic disease were divided into ob- servation group and control group. All patients were given conventional treatment and nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis. The psychological symptoms, health education effect, treatment adherence, and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results The psychological symptoms of the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The health education effect, treatment adherence, and quality of life of the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was all significant (P0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the life quality of the community population with chronic disease,improve psychological symptoms, and improve health education effect and treatment adherence

Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing intervention on cancer-related fatigue in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy. Methods 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing while the intervention group implemented individualized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The individualized nursing intervention included psychological intervention on patients,cognitive intervention,emotional,complications of intervention and behavior intervention. And fatigue and quality of life index of patients in the two groups were compared. Results Cancer-related fatigue in the intervention group was significantly less than that in the control group and the quality of life is higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention could effectively reduce cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of life in patients.

Objective To analyze nursing intervention application in treatment of patients with chronic illness and study its impact on patients' life quality. Methods Choose 48 chronic illness patients who are treated in community from February 2014 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups at random; patients in control group are given conventional nursing,while patients in study group are given nursing intervention and then compare these two nursing intervention impacts on patients' quality of life between two groups. Results Patients' quality of life in study group is much more favorable than that in control group; there is a differential between two groups and such a result has statistic value(P0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention is of clinical efficacy in treatment of patients with chronic illness; it is conducive to improving patients' quality of life,increasing patients' compliance with treatment and promoting clinical treatment efficacy; thus,nursing intervention is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinically.

Objective:To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life and prognosis of children with epilepsy.Methods:118 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=60) was given routine treatment and nursing and the experimental group(n=58) was additional given nursing intervention.We observed the quality of life and prognosis of the two groups.Results:The quality of life in the experiment group was distinctly increased than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention could efficiently ameliorate the quality of life and is beneficial for the rehabilitation of children with epilepsy.

Objective To probe into Nursing intervention in elderly depressed patients quality of life and efficacy.Methods On 98 cases of elderly depression patients were randomly assigned to the intervention group and a control group of 48 cases of 50 cases,individualized nursing intervention in intervention group,compared two groups of patients' quality of life and therapeutic effect.Results Nursing intervention after 6 weeks,intervention group,in addition to state of the material life,the three dimensions of the physical health,mental health,social function and HAMD total score with the control group a significant difference(P 0.01).Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with depression and efficacy,is worth promoting.
