Abstract:
Objective
To investigate the effect of baclofen combined with adenosine cobalt amine on serum inflammatory factors and stress response in patients with trigeminal neuralgia.
Methods
88 patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated in our hospital from February, 2016 to February, 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 44 cases for each group. The control group were treated with baclofenac tablets, while the observation group with baclofenac tablets and adenosine cobalt amine tablets. The cycle of both groups was 3 months. The serum inflammatory factors and stress response were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.
Results
After 3 months’ treatment, the serum levels of IL-6 ( IL-6, TNF- α, IL-1 β, and malondialdehyde (MDA) were lower and the serum levels of GSH-Px and SOD were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (all P<0.05).
Conclusion
Baclofen combined with adenosine cobalt amine can effectively treat patients with trigeminal neuralgia and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and stress response, which is worth being popularized.

Objective
To investigate the effect of ornithine aspartate combined with alprostadil in the treatment of severe chronic hepatitis B (CHB), and its effect on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).
Methods
80 patients with severe CHB were selected.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by digital random method, 40 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment of rest, isoglycyrrhizinate magnesium needle, glutathione needle, plasma, albumin, anti-hepatitis B virus.The observation group received ornithine aspartate combined with alprostadil treatment based on the treatment of the control group.After a continuous treatment of 4 weeks, the curative effect was observed, the changes of liver function before and after treatment was compared.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the plasma TNF-α level, and the adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.
Results
The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group (χ2=26.588, P 0.05). After treatment, the TNF-α level of the two groups was significantly decreased, which of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group[(176.45±20.41)ng/L vs.(221.43±21.43)ng/L, t=9.613, P 0.05).
Conclusion
Ornithine aspartate combined with alprostadil in the treatment of severe CHB on the basis of the conventional treatment can apparently enhance clinical effect, improve liver function, decrease plasma TNF-α level and adverse reactions.

Objective To explore the molecular biological mechanism of combined acupuncture and oxygen therapy in treating chronic rhinosinusitis by studying the serum IL-8 and TNF-α in chronic rhinosinusitis rabbits.Methods Forty-five healthy New Zealand white rabbits(weight 1.5～3.0 kg) were randomly divided into five groups,a normal group,a model group,a western medication group,an acupuncture group,and an acupuncture-oxygen group,with 9 in each group.On the 43rd day after the chronic rhinosinusitis rabbit models were successfully developed,the Western medication group started to take Clarithromycin tablets,the acupuncture group received acupuncture treatment with 5 groups of acupoints,and the acupuncture-oxygen group received additional oxygen therapy plus acupuncture.Blood was drawn via intracardiac puncture for extracting blood serum after 2-week treatment,and ELISA was used for determining the contents of serum IL-8 and TNF-α.Results Compared with the normal group,the content of serum IL-8 was significantly higher in the model group(P0.01).Reduction of serum IL-8 content was detected in majority of rabbits in the acupuncture-oxygen group,but without significant difference compared with the model group(P0.05).Compared with the normal group,the content of serum TNF-α was significantly higher in the model group(P0.01).Compared with the model group,the content of serum TNF-α was significantly lower in the acupuncture-oxygen group(P0.05).Conclusion Combined acupuncture and oxygen therapy can effectively improve the general symptoms in rabbits induced by inflammation,and reduce the content of rabbit serum IL-8 to some extent,and definitely reduce the content of rabbit serum TNF-α,inhibiting the development of inflammation.

Objective To observe the influence and safety of rosuvastatin on serum Ang-2 and inflammatory factors in patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods 80 MS patients were divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases).The two groups were both given antihypertensive treatment.The treatment group was also given rosuvastatin by 10 mg/d,while the control group was not given any lipid-lowering drugs.The levels of Ang-2,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-18,FINS,FPG and liver and kidney functions were measured before treatment and eight weeks after treatment.The indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results(1) After eight weeks treatment,the levels of Ang-2,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-18,FINS and HOMA-IR in treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment in this group and those after treatment in control group(P0.05).The above indexes showed no statistically significant differences before and after treatment in control group(P0.05).(2)Five cases in treatment group had short-term gastrointestinal side effects in the course of treatment,and three cases had mild increase of creatine kinase(CK),but no drug withdrawal or special treatment were given.Conclusion Rosuvastatin can reduce the levels of serum Ang-2 and inflammatory factors and improve insulin resistance in patients with MS with good safety.

Objective
To evaluate the clinical effect of modified Shaoyao-Gancao Decoction combined with oral morphine sulfate sustained release tablets in the treatment of cancer pain with qi and blood deficiency.
Methods
A total of 102 cancer pain patients with qi and blood deficiency from March 2017 to May 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 51 in each group. The control group was treated with morphine sulfate sustained release tablets on the basis of conventional treatment, and the treatment group was treated with modified Shaoyao-Gancao Decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Numerical rating scale (NRS) was used to assess the severity of cancer pain, and Karnofsky performance status (KPS) scale was used to assess the quality of life. The level of Endothelin-1 (ET-1) was measured by radioimmunoassay, The levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and substance P (SP), TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-2 were detected by ELISA, the clinical effects were evaluated, and the adverse reactions were recorded.
Results
The total effective rate was 94.1% (48/51) in the treatment group and 78.4% (40/51) in the control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant (χ2=5.299, P=0.021). After the treatment, the NRS score (2.84 ± 1.32 vs. 4.22 ± 1.44, t=5.045) in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), and the KPS score (73.13 ± 10.19 vs. 59.93 ± 8.81, t=6.998) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). After the treatment, serum 5-HT (0.34 ± 0.09 pg/ml vs. 0.53 ± 0.14 pg/ml, t=8.153), PGE2 (65.03 ± 15.79 pg/ml vs. 94.85 ± 20.88 pg/ml, t=8.135), ET-1 (99.96 ± 21.57 pg/ml vs. 176.78 ± 26.01 pg/ml, t=16.236), SP (60.27 ± 12.71 pg/ml vs. 65.63 ± 12.09 pg/ml, t=2.182) in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Serum TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 level were significantly lower than that of the control group (t value were 35.071, 12.472, 8.122, all Ps<0.01), and IL-2 level was significantly higher than that of the control group (t=6.579, P<0.01). During the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions was 13.7% (7/51) in the control group and 2.0% (1/51) in the treatment group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=4.630, P=0.031).
Conclusions
Modified Shaoyao-Gancao Decoction combined with morphine sulfate sustained release tablets can relieve the pain of cancer pain patients with qi and blood deficiency, reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines, and improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients.

Objective To evaluate the effect of captopril in treatment of acute pancreatitis and its influence on serum C reactive protein （ CRP） .Methods 100 cases of acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fasting,gastroin-testinal decompression,somatostatin, anti-inflammatory and other conventional treatment, while the observation group was given captopril on basis of routine treatment,the effective rate after 7 days of treatment,pain relief time,amylase returned to normal time,pancreatic edema improved time,serum CRP before and after treatment were compared be-tween the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate after 7 days of treatment of the observation group was 86%,which was significantly higher than 72%of the control group（χ^2=7.334,P〈0.05）;The pain relief time,am-ylase returned to normal time,pancreatic edema improved time of the observation group after treatment were （1.75 ± 0.44）d,（3.49 ±1.22）d,（7.50 ±2.39）d,respectively,which of the control group were （2.25 ±0.58）d,（4.25 ± 1.59）d,（9.25 ±2.87）d,respectively,there were statistically significant difference between the two groups（t1 =3.55,t2 =4.18,t3 =8.33,all P〈0.05）;the serum CRP level of the observation group after treatment was （10.39 ± 3.66）mg/L,improved obviously compared to （25.46 ±8.33）mg/L of the control group,the differences between the two groups was statistically significant（t=11.45,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Captopril has a good effect in treatment of acute pancreatitis,which can effectively improve the level of serum CRP.

Objective
To explore the treatment effects of edaravone combined with antiviral drugs on 30 adult cases with viral encephalitis.
Methods
Sixty adult patients with viral encephalitis in our hospital were selected for the study and were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission number, with 30 cases in each group. Control group was treated with conventional antiviral drugs, and observation group was given antiviral drugs combined with edaravone. Another 30 healthy people admitted to the hospital in the same period for physical examination were included in healthy group. The clinical efficacy and time to normalization of clinical manifestations (fever, headache, vomiting, EEG abnormalities) were recorded in observation group and control group, and the oxidative stress indicators [catalase (CAT), lipids peroxide (LPO)] and nerve injury indexes [neuron-specific enolase (NSE), glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP)] were compared between observation group, control group and healthy group before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment. The neurological deficit [National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)] was observed in observation group and control group.
Results
The clinical efficacy in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P<0.05), and the normal recovery times of fever, headache, vomiting and abnormal EEG were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the partial oxidative stress index (serum CAT) in observation group and control group was higher than that before treatment (P<0.05) while partial oxidative stress index (serum LPO), nerve injury indexes (serum NSE, GFAP) and neurological defect (NIHSS score) were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the changes in observation group were greater than those in control group (P<0.05). The serum CAT levels in the two groups before and after treatment were lower than those in healthy group (P<0.05), and the levels of LPO, NSE and GFAP were higher than those in healthy group (P<0.05).
Conclusions
Edaravone combined with antiviral drugs has significant treatment effects in the treatment of adult viral encephalitis. It can not only reduce the body’ s oxidative stress response, but also reduce nerve injury and improve neurological deficit, and it has a certain application value.

Objective To discuss curative effect of Ganglioside on acute intracerebral hemorrhage(AICH) and its influence on serum interleukin-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 levels. Methods 76 patients with AICH were divided into observation group and control group by random digital table method with 38 patients in each group. The patients in two groups were given routine medical treatment,such as reducing intracranial pressure and blood pressure,hemostasis,anti-infection,brain cells nutrition and so on. The patients in observation group were additionally given 60 mg Ganglioside by intravenous infusion for once a day,while the patients in control group were additionally given 0. 5 g Citicoline Sodium Injection by intravenous infusion,once a day for 10 days. The changes of serum IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 levels of patients in two groups before and after medical treatment were observed,and the clinical curative effect and drug adverse reaction(DAR) were compared as well. Results After 10 days' medical treatment,the serum IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 levels of patients in two groups obviously declined than before(P 0. 05 and P 0. 01),and the declining rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group(P 0.05). The total clinical efficiency of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group(94. 74% vs. 78. 95%)(χ2=4. 15,P 0. 05). Adverse effect appeared in 2 and 4 patients in control group and observation group respectively during the medical treatment with light symptom and no serious DAR. After comparing the occurrence rates of adverse effect of patients in two groups,there was no statistical differences(χ2= 0. 18,P 0. 05). Conclusion Ganglioside has favorable curative effect on AICH with high security,whose mechanism of action may inhibit local inflammatory response to protect the secondary brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage by reducing the serum serum IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 levels.

The effect of citrate to Desloratadine Citrate Disodium set in the treatment of chronic urticaria in patients with IL4, IL18, and IL23, IL33 levels was investigated. 100 cases of chronic urticaria treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were divided into study group and control group by random number table method. Patients in the study group with chloric thunder of citric acid treatment, the control group were treated with mizolastine in the treatment, the treatment time for 2 weeks. The difference of curative effect between the two groups and the changes of IL4, IL18, IL23, IL 33 before and after treatment in two groups were compared. After two weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 94%, while the total effective rate of the control group was only 78%, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, the two groups of patients with IL4, IL18, IL23, IL33 levels were higher, and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05), after treatment, the two groups of patients with IL4, IL18, IL23, IL33 were decreased, but the study group patients decreased significantly, the data between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Desloratadine citrate disodium treatment effect of chronic urticaria is better, and after treatment, IL4, IL18, IL23, IL33 levels decreased significantly.

Objective To study the effect of compound glycyrrhizin on peripheral blood hormone levels and the inflammatory factors in the patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods 68patients with hormone-depend- ent dermatitis were collected as the observation group,contemporaneous 62subjects with the healthy physical exami- nation were chosen as the normal control group.The observation group was given Vitamin E Ointment for 4-week topical application and oral Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets.Serum cortisol,IL-10,IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha levels were compared between before and after treatment in the observation group and between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of the observation group was 80.9%(55/68).The peripheral cortisol levels in the observation group had no statistically significant difference between before and after treatment(P0.05)and no statistically sig- nificant difference compared with the control group(P0.05).Peripheral blood IL-10,IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha before and after treatment in the observation group had statistical difference(P0.05);compared with the healthy control group,blood IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha level after treatment in the observation group had no statistically significant(P0.05),compared with the healthy control group,the blood IL-10level after treatment in the observa- tion group had statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin has no significant influence on the peripheral hormone level in the patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis,but can inhibit the excessive secre- tion of inflammatory factors and reduce the local inflammation,which is worth further clinical research.

Objective: To investigate the effect of promoting blood circulation combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on serum inflammatory factors,interleukin-2( IL-2),interleukin-4,interleukin( IL-4)-10( IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor alpha( TNF-α). Method: 78 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease cured in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were analyzed retrospectively,and divided into two groups randomly,39 cases in each group,patients in the control group were treated with 0.9% metronidazole infusion,250 m L for once a day,30 days as one course of treatment; observation group were treated with blood activating based on the control group,abdominal external application of twice a day,continued 30 min,30 days for one course of treatment. Changes of serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-10 and TNF- α levels in the two groups before and after treatment,evaluation and clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were observed. Result: After 30 days treatment,the clinical total effective rate of observation group was 92.31%,which was higher than that in control group 71.79%,( χ2= 5.571,P 0.05); clinical symptoms( leucorrhea,uterine tenderness and pelvic effusion) of patients in two groups were decreased significantly after treatment,the observation group was better than that of the control group( χ2= 3.852,6.221,5.278 P 0.05),serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-10 and TNF- αlevels were significantly improved compared with before treatment,the observation group improved significantly better than the control group( t = 3.771,2.564,2.103,4.428,P 0.05); the control group and the observation group adverse reactions occurred in 3 cases( 7.69%) and 6 cases( 15.38%),the symptom was lighter,the adverse reaction of drugs of two groups rate had no significant difference( χ2= 1.130,P 0.05).Conclusion: Blood circulation promoting method combined with western medicine has good curative effect and safety,significantly increase serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-10; decrease TNF- α level and inhibition inflammatory factor.
