Abstract:
We propose to intensify the training of high-level medical imaging technicians to adapt to requirements of the medical imaging technological development in general hospital. With the rapid develop-ment of economy, the medical treatment technique progresses rapidly. Hospitals have introduced from a-broad more and more advanced imaging equipment. However, the clinical application and development of these new techniques are limited by the low level of education, low academic and outdated knowledge struc-ture of majority video technicians and the deficiency of high-level medical imaging technicians. The paper analyzes the cultivating status, the situation and the countermeasures for cultivating the medical imaging technicians. Therefore, it is urgent to train qualified professional medical imaging technicians who have broad discipline knowledge, solid foundation, high quality and strong ability.

This paper analyzes the new situation faced by clinical medical education,which includes the declined overall level of humanities quality education and the effects of inadequate education resources on medical knowledge teaching and quality of clinical skills training.The deepening reform of medical care system poses new requirements for service focus and the target of medical talents training.Meanwhile the implementation of medical education standards provides authoritative guidance for clinical medical talent training.It also puts forward the route to optimize the training system,which includes not only optimizing training target,training program as well as teaching mode and direction settings,but also emphasizing humanities quality education,basic experiment teaching,clinical skills training,teaching staff and subject construction.It summarizes the preliminary results of optimizing reform of clinical medical specialty in Nanhua University.

Under the current situation,with the increased demands of medical facilities and thus institutions and personnel,the reform of the traditional medical education system is urgently needed.In order to achieve the required levels of medical education reforms,we need to comprehensively consider the training needs of the students,the teaching facility requirements of the teachers and the treatment and management needs of the patients.Only in this way,we can adapt to the medical demands of the new situation,train the qualified medical personnel adequately and successfully accomplish the planned reforms of the medical education system.

The management mode and discipline development of medical imaging discipline in the large-scale comprehensive hospital are summarized.The background,significance,emphasis and measures of medical imaging discipline are discussed,then the importance of its construction is explored for the medicine,teaching,research and preventive healthcare of the hospital.The construction of medical imaging discipline has to be carried out from the aspects of hardware,technical level,academic level,personnel,institutions,culture and etc.The mode of integrated management,resource sharing,rational grouping and allround develop has to be adopted,and thus the modernization of the hospital can be promoted.

The authors made the investigation on the demands for students majoring in medical information management in 15 hospitals in Taiyuan City in order to guarantee teaching quality of medical information management and provide the base to improve the quality of the talents.The authors find that currently hospitals are in the lack of talents of management of medical information system and maintaining techniques.Nowadays the graduates lack practical ability.Therefore,universities should further optimize course offering,focus on ability training,enhance teaching in internship and meet the demand of hospital informatization construction.
