    Abstract:
Novel coronavirus is threatening the health of people all over the world and all possible treatment strategies are in urgent. The sensitive of virus to heat proposed temperature treatment as an effective method against coronavirus. Here, we proposed several non-drug therapies including far-infrared, thermal air, thermal oxygen, ozone, hydrogen therapy and plasma physical therapy for immediate clinical trial and implementation. Compared with the drug therapy, these methods are safe without side effects, the highest benefit-to-risk ratio, user-friendly, and low implementation costs. It is urgent and significant to start these non-drug therapeutic design and implementation as early as possible, to determine the safety and effectiveness of these therapeutic methods.

    • The effects of behavior therapy, pharmacotherapy, and their combination were compared in 120 women during six months of treatment of obesity and one year after treatment. Patients who received fenfluramine hydrochloride alone lost 14.5 kg, and those who had combined pharmacotherapy and behavior therapy lost 15.3 kg; both losses were significantly greater than that of those who had behavior therapy alone (10.9 kg). A waiting-list control group gained 1.3 kg. One-year follow-up of all living patients who completed treatment showed a striking reversal in the relative efficacy of the treatments. Behavior-therapy patients regained significantly less than pharmacotherapy and combined-treatment patients. Accordingly, at follow-up, these groups did not differ significantly in weight loss. Thus, pharmacotherapy produced more rapid regaining of weight after treatment. Furthermore, adding pharmacotherapy to behavior therapy apparently compromised the long-term effects of the latter treatment.

Objective Irrational pharmacotherapy is a common and severe phenomenon which happened in elderly people, it easily induces adverse outcomes, for example, increasing adverse drug reaction, mortality in hospital and the cost of drugs. The geriatric irrational pharmacotherapy are caused by lots of factors, and it is a challenge to clinical works in rational and optimized pharmacotherapy because of elderly complications and multiple pharmacotherapy which faced to doctors. Practical and effective treatment strategies and interventions are keys to geriatric rational pharmacotherapy. This paper will propose various of pharmacotherapy strategies in order to promote rational pharmacotherapy for the elderly patients. Key words: Drug toxicity; Drug monitoring

The emergence of a novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) has awakened the echoes of SARS-CoV from nearly two decades ago. Yet, with technological advances and important lessons gained from previous outbreaks, perhaps the world is better equipped to deal with the most recent emergent group 2B coronavirus.

This study summarized the determination methods and principles of 2019 novel coronavirus(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2). The advantages and limitations of several methods was compared, which can provide a basis for the selection of 2019 novel coronavirus clinical diagnosis methods.

The thesis contains knowledge of parts of pharmacotherapy, such as pharmacotherapy process and legislation of pharmacotherapy. Pharmacotherapy is an important part of nursing and a nurse’s job description. However, there has been variability in pharmacotherapy practises. That is why the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health published Safe Pharmacotherapy –guide in 2005. The purpose of the guide is to offer uniform practises for units which execute pharmacotherapy. The guide recommends drawing up a pharmacotherapy plan in every workplace. As a result of the thesis a pharmacotherapy plan was drawn up for Sotkanhelmi old people’s home. The pharmacotherapy plan contains knowledge of the realization of pharmacotherapy in Sotkanhelmi. In the pharmacotherapy plan has been determined for example licence practises and spheres of responsibility for staff in pharmacotherapy. To draw up the pharmacotherapy plan benefit was made of the Safe Pharmacotherapy –guide as well researches and information collected in a pharmacotherapy plan meeting which was arranged in Sotkanhelmi. In addition, also personal experiences and development ideas in realization of pharmacotherapy were benefitted from. The objective of the thesis was to develop the pharmacotherapy situation of Sotkanhelmi. The objective was also to make staff of Sotkanhelmi think about the realization of pharmacotherapy in their unit. In addition, the objective was to learn what different parts the pharmacotherapy plan contains and absorb this knowledge. The pharmacotherapy plan can be of benefit for example to drawing up a pharmacotherapy plan in another similar unit. The knowledge contained in a pharmacotherapy plan can also be used as a help if the realization of pharmacotherapy in Sotkanhelmi is researched. In addition, the pharmacotherapy plan serves as a base where practises of pharmacotherapy in Sotkanhelmi can be updated.

Objectives The beneficial effects of ozone therapy consist mainly of the promotion of blood circulation: peripheral and central ischemia, immunomodulatory effect, energy boost, regenerative and reparative properties, and correction of chronic oxidative stress. Ozone therapy increases interest in new neuroprotective strategies that may represent therapeutic targets for minimizing the effects of oxidative stress. Methods The overview examines the latest literature in neurological pathologies treated with ozone therapy as well as our own experience with ozone therapy. The effectiveness of treatments is connected to the ability of ozone therapy to reactivate the antioxidant system to address oxidative stress for chronic neurodegenerative diseases, strokes, and other pathologies. Application options include large and small autohemotherapy, intramuscular application, intra-articular, intradiscal, paravertebral and epidural, non-invasive rectal, transdermal, mucosal, or ozonated oils and ointments. The combination of different types of ozone therapy stimulates the benefits of the effects of ozone. Results Clinical studies on O2-O3 therapy have been shown to be efficient in the treatment of neurological degenerative disorders, multiple sclerosis, cardiovascular, peripheral vascular, orthopedic, gastrointestinal and genitourinary pathologies, fibromyalgia, skin diseases/wound healing, diabetes/ulcers, infectious diseases, and lung diseases, including the pandemic disease caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus. Conclusion Ozone therapy is a relatively fast administration of ozone gas. When the correct dose is administered, no side effects occur. Further clinical and experimental studies will be needed to determine the optimal administration schedule and to evaluate the combination of ozone therapy with other therapies to increase the effectiveness of treatment.

ozone therapy is a therapy composed of ozone. This gas is in the atmosphere with various general effects: direct disinfectant and trophic effects and a systemic antibacterial and antiviral effect. This gas also improves blood circulation, makes glucose metabolism more effective, improves erythrocyte metabolism, and improves fatty acid metabolism.
