Making sure ceramic tile's composition and a kind of solution glaze's composition of furnish which adapts to it by means of a large scale of experiment and approach. Having got favourable layer on the tile by utilizing solution pervasive glaze and it provides a possibility of developing ceramic tile which with devitrified glass plane.Now we have got some samples with favourable effectiveness.

In this paper is developed and presented method for failure detection in ceramic tile production using computer visual diagnostic. This method is focused on detecting of failures on ceramic tile surface in manner of highly contrasted dot shaped formation incorporated into ceramic tile surface which are result of failures in production chain. The ceramic tile quality grade is directly influenced by amount and type of failures on its surface and with presented method in this paper we try to contribute to automating of final stages in ceramic tile producing chain. This presented and developed method is optimized for fast execution and for efficient detection of mentioned failures without need for reference tile comparison system.

This study has been made to determine the main factors related to deterioration during the service period of buildings by analyses of separation failures and fall-off accidents of actual exterior wall ceramic tile coverings which had been installed by the manual method and the prefabricated form tile installation method. The important factors closely related to the detached failures of ceramic tile coverings applied by the manual method were the shapes and sizes of lugs at the back of tiles providing mechanical bond between tiles and bedding mortar, and the derection in which the tiled walls faced.

This paper presents a study of errors that occur in DNA self-assembly using synthesized tile sets for template manufacturing. It is shown that due to the reduced size, aggregates assembled by a synthesized tile set are not error-free as those assembled by maximum-sized (referred to as a trivial tile set) as well asnon-synthesized tile sets. Compared with non-synthesized tile sets, aggregates assembled using synthesized tile sets also have a higher error rate at high tile concentration, but they exhibit a lower rate at low tile concentration. In this paper, it is also shown that errors in synthesized tile sets tend to appear in clusters. This is very different from non-synthesized tile sets of non-maximum size in which growth errors are mostly random in nature. These findings are discussed and evaluated for nano manufacturing (such as for template self-assembly of a QCA circuit).

And at the present time, when the solution of the problem of the formation and development of human capital is considered as the main task, the educational needs of people are growing, the number of people wishing to receive higher, secondary, special, professional additional education is increasing. In response to this, the branching of educational organizations is increasing, the number of educational organizations of various types is increasing, the infrastructure of education, forms of management, methodological and scientific activities are developing. Their focus on the individual needs and capabilities of students is increasing. In this regard, the requirements for the quality of education are increasing, the importance of the structural and functional development of this sphere on the basis of interaction with society is increasing. The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "partnership", "social partnership", "social partnership in education", examines the process of their formation and development, describes the guidelines and effective ways to use the potential of social partners in the training of teachers in higher educational institutions. The tile shall be composed of binder, fillers, and pigments, the color and pattern, as applicable shall be as specified in the contract or order. In through pattern tile, either the pattern and colors on the surface of the tile extend entirely through the thickness of the tile without significant change, or the colors appearing on the surface shall extend throughout the entire thickness of the tile, although the appearance of the pattern created by these colors will change throughout the thickness.
