Based on the introduction of agricultural overview in Israel, this paper described its high-efficiency agriculture, consisted of water-saving agriculture, greenhouse agriculture, agricultural laws, ecological agriculture, seed research and development system, agricultural cooperative system, and agricultural technology popularization system, as well as the agricultural foreign trade and human agriculture. Then the successful experience of Israel's high-efficiency agriculture was also explained.

Japan's agriculture provides only a part from the population's needs, in caloric terms Japan must impute 60% of foods. Arable land are few, but are worked very performant, rice being the main crop together with cotton, citrus, sugarcane, wheat, potato, soybean, sugar beet, other vegetables. Widely is practiced sericulture and fisheries, Japan being one of the leading producers of silk from the world and having over 600 ports specialized for fishing. Japanese agriculture has remained behind the industry and services, this trend being manifested after the very high economic growth from 1960-1970. The main focus of the movements from the Japanese cooperative system is represented by the creation of large specialized farms through the replacing of the traditional ones. The most important task of agricultural cooperatives from Japan is meeting the consumption needs of its members. Integrated leadership of Japanese cooperatives of farmers act at all levels, primary, at prefecture level and at national level. Contractual relationships play a decisive role in the integration of Japanese farmers. In Japan there are about 840 agricultural cooperatives very well organized with a balanced planning and efficiently conducted, agricultural cooperative MIKABI being the most developed, mainly focused on the production of mandarins. In Japan there are three large distribution centers of agricultural products, 29 distribution markets controlled by the prefecture and 1,000 local markets. Organization of cooperatives is the pyramid system on three levels: local, prefecture and national (National Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives).

The objectives of this paper are to examine the land suitability for agriculture by taking the very important physical variables which are influencing on the agriculture like slope, soil type, rainfall and ground water potentials. Different weights are assigned to the variables depending up on its importance in the agriculture. Finally five suitability classes are identified in the Haveri district like areas very highly suitable for agriculture, highly suitable for agriculture, Moderately suitable for agriculture, Moderate to poor Suitable for Agriculture, Poor suitable for Agriculture and poor to nil suitable for agriculture.

Application of Technological have been a great support for making decisions in various fields especially in agriculture. The development of agriculture has been on under development for the past few years due to lack of Agriculture knowledge and environmental changes. The main aim of this paper is to reach farmers for their awareness, usage and perception in e- Agriculture. The study used statistical survey design technique to collect data from farmers for their awareness in e-Commerce. The results obtained indicated the level of awareness is less such that there is a need for e-agriculture for their support. e-Agriculture is a platform for supporting marketing of agricultural products

The Japanese agriculture has been deeply damaged by an increase of imported agricultural products. In the course of in creasing import, main agricultural regions in Japan has been suffered. Under the circumstance, agricultural cooperatives are expected to promote regional agriculture and to sustain regional economy. The twenty-first century is an educated agricultural time.This paper begins with analyzing the distinguishing features of educated agriculture and its requirements of the high agricultural universities and colleges,and then sums up the experiences of the services of ShanXi Agricultural University to the educated agriculture.Moreover,combining the reality of Shanxi,the paper suggests that the educated agriculture should be research projects in these fields of breeding animals and plants,drying farming as water-saving,biological engineering,ecological environments,agriculture of facilities and so on,and proposes five ways of doing the job well.

Henan is a major agriculture province. In order to make agriculture further develop and farmers' income increase , the adjustment of agricultural and economic structure must be carried out, of wich the main body is agriculture labour force. The qualities of agriculture labour force, especially the cultural qualities have become the key of it. This article mainly analyses the status of cultural qualities of agriculture labour force in our province, the gap to the demand of agricultural adjustment, and raised the countermeasures of how to improve the cultural qualities of agriculture labour force in our province.
