    Abstract:
Considering Cattell's thesis, it is possible to affirm that the personality allows a prediction of what a person will do in a given situation, while the traits are the personality units with predictive value: what a person will do when faced with a given situation; they are abstract concepts, useful tools for predictive purposes, but not necessarily correspond to a specific physical reality. Within the process of Integral Vocational Training of SENA various extrinsic and intrinsic personality factors intervene and, to a certain extent, influence the different learning styles of each individual when facing the training itself. For the present investigation, we intend to analyze the intrinsic factors of personality, through the Cattell 16PF Personality Factorial Questionnaire, which allowed the analysis of 16 personality factors that influence human behavior and, therefore, learning.

Personality factors analogous to the Big Five observed in humans are present in the great apes. However, few studies have examined the long-term stability of great ape personality, particularly using factor-based personality instruments. Here, we assessed overall group, and individual-level, stability of chimpanzee personality by collecting ratings for chimpanzees (N = 50) and comparing them with ratings collected approximately 10 years previously, using the same personality scale. The overall mean scores of three of the six factors differed across the two time points. Sex differences in personality were also observed, with overall sex differences found for three traits, and males and females showing different trajectories for two further traits over the 10 year period. Regardless of sex, rank-order stability analysis revealed strong stability for dominance; individuals who were dominant at the first time point were also dominant 10 years later. The other personality factors exhibited poor to moderate rank-order stability, indicating that individuals were variable in their rank-position consistency over time. As many studies assessing chimpanzee cognition rely on personality data collected several years prior to testing, these data highlight the importance of collecting current personality data when correlating them with cognitive performance.

The integration of human resources and artificial intelligence has shown a growing interest in automatically predicting personality traits, particularly in recruitment. To contribute to this field, we propose a new method to assist human resource professionals in Indonesia to identify candidates' personality traits. Biases come from personality tests due to their question format and susceptibility to manipulation on this research, we propose an approach that combines personality tests using the BFI form, which measures OCEAN personality traits, with personality trait predictions derived from Twitter data. This research aims to create a personality prediction model and system that efficiently and effectively screens candidate personality traits in human resources. This research has developed a novel model that combines personality test results with tweets personality prediction with an impressive F1-macro performance of 98%.

The personality is one kind of stable behavior pattern or tendentiousness which display in process of the people's adaptation in environment. Its forms and development already come from the heredity factor; moreover, they will receive the influence of environment. According to personality characteristic classification research, Wang Dengfeng and others obtain the Chinese Big Seven personality structure, and establish Qingnian Zhongguo Personality Scale (QZPS). The Chinese personality research should become the research direction in personality psychology in our country.

Background: There are no specific instruments for rating dependent personality, although this may be an important subject in clinical practice, where knowledge of dependent personality features may influence treatment. Aims: To develop a simple self-rating questionnaire for dependent personality features and compare the findings in two groups, one with and one without established dependent personality disorder. Method: An 8-item Dependent Personality Questionnaire (DPQ) was developed and its acceptability and validity tested by administration to 30 psychiatric patients, half of whom had dependent personality disorder using clinical and research data, and the other 15 (pair-matched for age and sex) having other psychiatric diagnoses (including other personality disorders) but no dependent personality features. Results: The mean score on the dependent personality questionnaire (DPQ) was 13.7 in those with dependent personality disorder and 7.5 in those without such a disorder (p< .005). The DPQ was also a good predictor of the diagnosis of dependent personality disorder, with sensitivity, specificity, predicted positive, and predicted negative accuracies of 87%. Conclusions: The results suggest that the DPQ may be a suitable screening instrument for dependent personality characteristics.

This investigation was designed to determine whether or not a significant relationship existed between personality and the selection of a required physical education activity and whether or not personality traits exhibited by freshman women were related to specific type activities. Sources of data were 107 freshman women enrolled in activity classes at North Texas State University, 1974-75. The Cattell 16 Personality Factor Inventory, Form A and an information sheet were the instruments utilized in the study. An analysis of variance was calculated to ascertain whether or not differences existed among the four groups in personality scores. This study concluded that no significant relationship appeared to exist between personality and the selection of specific physical activities.

By using personality questionare investigation of Carter, the scores of personality quality of laid-off workers are low, which denotes that whole personality is not aggressive and introverted and that the personality of laid-off workers are clearly different. Personality quality is relatively stable factor. Different management measures should be used according to personality quality of laid-off workers and behavioral fashion.

Personality traits play an important role when it comes to predicting people's entrepreneurial behaviour. The objective of this study was to determine whether the specific traits of enterprising personality predicted entrepreneurial behaviour better than general (Big Five type) traits. The sample comprised 1153 working people (33% entrepreneurs). The mean age of the sample was 41.72 years old (SD = 12.32). The five general personality traits (Big Five) were evaluated using the Overall Personality Assessment Scale and the eight specific traits were measured with the Battery for the Assessment of the Enterprising Personality (BEPE). The differences between entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs were greater in the specific personality traits than in the more general traits, with mean effect sizes of 0.54 and 0.21, respectively. The predictive capacity of the specific traits (R2 = 0.21) was greater than that of the general traits (R2 = 0.07). The ROC curves for the specific traits gave higher areas under the curve (0.74) than the general traits (0.56). The canonical correlation between the eight specific BEPE dimensions and the Big Five factors was 0.77. The specific personality traits demonstrated better predictive and discriminative capacity for enterprising behaviour than the more general, Big-Five type traits.

This thesis aimed to have a research into the trainee s' personality characteristic with a probe of Cattell's sixteen Personality Factor s Questionnaire. The research work was based on the activities of senior students of the physical education department, who were undergoing the teaching practice. The result of the probe showed:the trainees rank higher in terms of most positiv e personality and rank lower in terms of all negative one.Their personality meet s the standard of being an P.E. teacher. They are cultivated to be qualified with their major and future career.
