Abstract:
The costs borne by road infrastructure authorities for managing and maintaining road devices such as safety barriers may be very high. This has prompted the need for identifying and analysing in detail all factors that influence the costs of safety barriers throughout their service life. To meet that need, the authors used international experience and field data collected under the LifeRoSE project to define the cost structure and, as a next step, to analyse factors that are relevant to the costs actually incurred. Keywords:

Over two dozen different terms for identification appear in the econometrics literature, including set identification, causal identification, local identification, generic identification, weak identification, identification at infinity, and many more. This survey: 1. gives a new framework unifying existing definitions of point identification, 2. summarizes and compares the zooful of different terms associated with identification that appear in the literature, and 3. discusses concepts closely related to identification, such as normalizations and the differences in identification between structural models and causal, reduced form models.

After the socialization of identification agencies, many problems emerges, such as the misplacement of the management system, low input into the agencies, severe shortage of some identifiers, multiple and repetitive identification, malicious competition in the identification market, which are harmful to the fairness of identification results. To reform and perfect identification management system,it is needed to build the zoom standard of identification admittance, unify identification standard, standardize the admissibility system of identification conclusion and charging system, emphasize the responsibility of identifier and identification agency and promote the standardized operation of identification agencies through strictly supervising, thus identification agencies can keep the fairness of the identification results

This study compared and analyzed the situation of the college students’ professional identification amongdifferent employment scopes to explore the influence from the scopes to the professional identification. Theresult indicates that the present situation of college students’ professional identification is not satisfactory. Wedid not find remarkable difference between implicit and explicit identification. The result shows that collegestudents among different employment scopes lack of enough implicit professional identification.

Nowadays the use of molecular tool is gaining importance for the proper and precise identification of any biological organisms. The technique is successfully adopted for the precise identification of Bacillus spp. The available literature on identification of Bacillus spp. at molecular level were collected and presented below. The review will be useful to the researchers working on this line as the identification of Bacillus spp. using morphological and cultural characters, biochemical tests etc. are time consuming, cumbersone and lacks precision.

Situation of Identification of Normal College Students to Their Parents and Suggestions on Education
The identification to parents means children's real understanding and acceptance attitude of value and behavior to their parents. After the investigation of self-designed questionnaire to examine 480 normal college students, the identification to parents composed of five factors is obtained: idea-evaluating identification,emotion-attaching identification,support-seeking identity identification, parents' information-cognizing identification and behavior-participating identification. The results shows that the general level of normal college students' identification to their parents is low and that significant differences are found between genders and among grades, the identification of female students is above that of male students, the identification of upper grade students is higher than that of lower grade students. To certain externt, the results indicate that measures of education and psychological intervention to students can improve the identification to their parents. So suggestions on education are given in this paper.

1. The indications such as the place of finding, the identification of clothes or other personal items, represent only the first step towards the identification of a corpse. 2. An identification based on medical data, other than dental, is often possible, more often than it is believed. 3. The forensic pathologist plays a double role in the case of such an identification: a) in the phase of the inquiry, he must contact the investigators and the families to explain his wishes and the different possibilities of identification. b) he must use the gathered information in the appropriate way. 4. It would be desirable to compose some statistical tables of the various medical elements useful for the identification (mutilations, surgical operations, etc...). We present six cases of identification in our practice.

Organizational identification, and particularly dual organizational identification, has several benefits that may be particularly important in multinational corporations (MNCs). Drawing upon Vora and Kostova’s (2007) forms of dual organizational identification, we analyze interview data to empirically examine managers’ forms of identification in four Finnish MNCs. Specifically, we develop a method to quantify mentions of “we” and “they” to explore form of identification. Three different forms emerge: “single” denoting identification with only one entity - either the MNC or the subsidiary; “overlapping” denoting identification primarily with one entity, but having some identification with the other; and “dual” where the managers identify with both the MNC and subsidiary. We then examine antecedents of form in terms of why a certain individual has a certain form of identification. We first conduct explorative analysis on different characteristics of the individual employees and then examine three mechanisms through which dual identification develops- membership, values, and interdependence. Our findings suggest that identifying with both entities may be rare, and that at some point individuals may switch from only identifying with one entity to identifying with both.
