Abstract:
The emergence of social network data analytics, link prediction, community grouping, recommendation systems, and sentiment analysis, with Internet of Things (IoT) raises significant challenges that could stand in the way of realizing its potential benefits. This chapter presents the basics of IoT and its technological evolutions, and discusses the basic concepts of social networking and its popularity. It describes the emergence of social network analytics into IoT. The overall security and resilience of the social IoT (SIoT) is a function of how security risks are assessed and managed at the object level, during data communication, and at the level of analysis. The chapter also discusses various security issues and research challenges pertaining to IoT, social network and SIoT. It exploits information in terms of questionnaires and references for further research and development applications. Finally, the chapter focuses on pro-business and pro-people SIoT services.사물인터넷은 단말기 중심 센싱(RFID) 기술, 유무선 통신 및 네트워크 인프라, IoT 서비스 인터페이스 기술, 보안 기술, 빅 데이터와 서비스 기술이 상호 연동되어 명확한 타깃 고객에게 실질적 가치를 제공한다. IoT는 단말기 중심에게 기술개 발이 전개되었다. 향후 인간의 역할을 최소화하면서 사물들은 온도, 습도, 열, 가스, 조도, 초음파 센서부터 원격감지, 전자 파흡수율(SAR), 레이더, 위치, 모션, 영상센서 등의 정보를 공유하는 서비스를 하게 된다. 웨어러블 센싱 기술은 사람과 사 물, 사물 상호간에 통신할 수 있는 통로와 인터페이스 역할을 한다. 센싱은 정보를 수집, 처리, 관리하고 정보가 서비스로 구현되기 위한 최첨단이라 할 수 있다. 인터페이스 서비스에 있어서는 단말기기, 콘텐츠, 플랫폼, 네트워크 방식이 함께 구 동되어야 한다. 본 연구는 단말기 중심 IoT 제품 사례를 기반으로 표준기구 위에서 IoT의 공통 서비스 플랫폼으로 개방형 생태계를 구성하는 IoT 공통 서비스 플랫폼의 필요성을 제기했다. 따라서 IoT 응용서비스, IoT 디바이스, 센서 및 부품, IoT 플랫폼, IoT 보안 솔루션 분야에서 IoT 표준 연구 분야로 5G, 사물인터넷, U-헬스, 빅 데이터 활용 Health care, 편리 하고 안전한 환경을 마련하는 서비스 플랫폼 연구가 필요하다. 향후 IoT는 누구에게나 안전하고 편리한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 오픈 이노베이션 생태계를 위한 인간 중심에서 서비스 환경이 있어야 한다.

본 연구는 사물인터넷(IoT: Internet of Things) 기술 인력수요 구조의 분석과 전망을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 “사물인터넷 산업 실태조사(2015~2019)” 자료를 기반으로 “고용보험” 데이터와 비교를 통해 2029년까지 IoT 산업 및 직업별 인력 수요 전망 결과를 도출한다. IoT 인력수요 생태계는 크게 디바이스(HW) 산업과 서비스(SW) 산업으로 분류할 수 있다. 전망기간 중 IoT 플랫폼과 IoT 서비스 산업의 SW 직종을 중심으로 고용이 창출될 것으로 예상된다. 반면에 IoT 디바이스와 IoT 네트워크 산업 등 HW 관련 산업은 비중과 고용이 정체 혹은 감소할 것으로 전망된다. IoT 서비스 산업에서는 IoT 관련 응용 서비스와 각 산업에 적용되는 IoT를 제어하고 응용 서비스 개발을 위한 SW 인력이 다수 필요하다. HW를 개발할 때에도 적용을 위한 SW 인력이 필수적으로 필요하여 SW 관련 직종에서 지속적으로 고용이 창출될 것으로 전망된다. IoT 기술의 확산은 저전력화, 보안 이슈와 연계되어 산업을 세분화시키고 있다. 또한 데이터 활용과 분석 등 데이터를 산업에 접목시킬 수 있는 능력, SW 적용 및 해당산업 내 전문기술을 융합할 수 있는 능력 등 전문적인 직무 능력을 갖춘 숙련인력 양성을 필요로 한다.

최근 사물인터넷은 ICT산업의 발전과 빅데이터 시대의 도래 그리고 웨어러블 디바이스의 부상에 따라 다양한 융합비즈니스 모델의 개발과 서비스가 빠르게 확대되고 있다. 최근에 사물인터넷이 다시 주목받기 시작한 것은 국제전기통신연합(ITU)의 ‘모든 기기 및 사물에 근거리 및 원거리 통신 모듈이 탑재되면서 사물과 사람 간의 새로운 통신 유형이 등장할 것’이라는 2005년에 사물인터넷 관련 보고서의 발간이 계기가 되었다. 이후 가트너의 ‘2013년 기업이 전략적으로 대응해야 하는 10대 기술 및 트렌드’ 발표 그리고 ‘2020년까지 세계 사물인터넷(IoT, Internet of Things) 기기가 260억대에 이를 것’이란 전망에 따라 사물인터넷에 대한 세계 각국과 IT 선도 기업들의 관심이 증가하고 있다.BR IoT 생태계 참여자 간의 협력을 강화하고 개방형 혁신을 촉진하며 글로벌 시장을 겨냥한 서비스를 개발 및 확대하는 정부의 정책 수립 모멘텀으로 대기업, 중소기업 및 대기업을 대상으로 디지털 혁명의 하이퍼 연결이 될 계획이다. 다양한 커스터마이즈 된 스타트 업 전략을 전략 홍보 및 다양한 IoT 시장 활성화 배경 및 정부의 강력한 정책 지원에도 불구하고 시장 형성은 여전히 서비스 지향적이지 못하고, 하드웨어 중심적이다. 이 논문에서 IoT 생태계의 효율적인 추진을 위해 관련 기관 간 협력 체계 구축과 산업 발전을 위한 지원 제도 강화 등의 IoT 사업의 진흥 전략을 제시하고자 하였다.
