    Abstract:
The EV (electric vehicle) market in India is at a nascent but promising stage .India’s technology for electric vehicle is different from that of the West due to the unique environmental condition and driving pattern .Hence, investment to make electric vehicle technology affordable is immense. Realization require a consistent Government policy. Considering the Government’s proactiveness lately, we see electric vehicle evolving starting with three wheelers and two wheelers, followed by the city bus and passenger car – starting with fleets. ‘MY smart integrated self charging system in electric vehicle’ is beneficial for environment condition and work on green and no polluted transportation. Paper is written on after seeing present fossil fuel source in the world. Very easy and usable technique is used in my system which is expressed by review paper.

Due to increasing pollution, global warming, and various environmental problems, 21st-century people are moving toward hybrid and electric vehicles. The electric vehicle is the combination of two or more fields of engineering such as mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering. Electric Vehicles powered by an Electric Motor which draws current from a rechargeable The battery is termed an Electric Vehicle. The electric vehicle replaces IC engine vehicle in such a way that engines are replaced by an electric motor and rechargeable batteries. These vehicles have a good scope in future due to scarcity of fossil fuel because most of the vehicle i.e. 90% of vehicle depends upon fossil fuel to run the vehicle. Some other alternatives are carried out in today life is running the vehicle from electricity. In India, the electric vehicles had been published but charging stations are not organized completely like petrol pumps in every street/landmark/area. So are first step is to decide infrastructure of charging station and its management. Because it is not to introduce the electric vehicle it is also necessary to develop the charging station source in every street and area as like petrol pump and also some other alternatives about charging the vehicle is also important in emergency cases or some other reason. If the infrastructure of the charging station and its management well settled and executed then the only electric vehicles will be a wide change in the society in terms of environment and saving of the fossil fuel. As the represent of the new energy vehicles, electric vehicles dominate an irreplaceable position in solving energy crisis and protecting the environment. And some developed countries are investing heavily in the research and development of electric vehicles. In this paper, the domestic conditions of electric vehicles are introduced. And many topics about electric vehicle such as the prospect, industrial policies, key technologies and domestic charging network are further analyzed. Some thinking and suggestions relating to the development of electric vehicles are put forward at last.

The Electric Vehicle Symposium, EVS15, that shall take place in Brussels from 28th September to 3rd October 1998 is devoted to A Future for the City. Electric vehicles are, for cities, an important factor for improving the traffic in urban areas and creating a healthier environment. It is a dream for the human being, city traffic without exhaust gases and low noise. This is already being partly realised by trams, undergrounds and railways and other recently developed automatic and light rail systems (e.g. airport shuttles). But cars, vans, buses and lorries are route-independent vehicles for low and high speed, for city traffic and long distances. Their energy must be stored on board. Today's technology includes modern motor design influenced by power electronics and automotive views, energy sources performing better and better to match acceptable vehicle performances and performance control and data acquisition. Some basic considerations about electric and hybrid vehicles, today and in the mid-term, are presented together with infrastructure developments.

markdownabstractThe batteries of electric vehicles can be used as Virtual Power Plants to balance out frequency deviations in the electricity grid. Carsharing fleet owners have the options to charge an electric vehicle's battery, discharge an electric vehicle's battery, or keep an electric vehicle idle for potential rentals. Charging and discharging can be used to provide reliable operating reserves. We develop an analytical model that manages carsharing fleets. On the one hand, the energy in the batteries of an electric vehicle can be made available to the grid as operating reserves. On the other hand, the electric vehicle can be made available for rental, where the location within the city matters: drivers want a car to be close to their place of departure or arrival. The model can also be used by Transportation Network Companies such as Uber to preposition their vehicles conveniently in a city or optimize zonal pricing. To validate our model we develop a Discrete Event Simulation platform. We calibrate this simulation with locational information (GPS), rental, and charging transactions of 1,500 electric vehicles from the carsharing services Car2Go (Daimler) and DriveNow (BMW) over several years. We investigate the influence of the charging infrastructure density, battery technology, and rental demand for vehicles on the payoff for the carsharing operator and make an international comparison between the USA, Germany, the Netherlands, and Denmark. We show that Virtual Power Plants of electric vehicles create sustainable revenue streams for electric vehicle carsharing companies without compromising their rental business.

India is potentially the largest market for automobiles with electric vehicles constituting less than 1% of total automobiles on-road. One of the primary factors being lack of public charging infrastructure for such vehicles. This paper presents the potential to increase charge stations by utilizing electricity from electric poles and charge electric vehicles, while charging rate is limited through a charge controller which takes the inputs from electronic data capture machine. Hence every electric pole has a potential of becoming a charge station in its own right. This improvement in charging infrastructure will foster the growth of electric vehicles in Indian market and lead to a better and eco-friendly future.

The journey towards transportation electrification started with small electric vehicles (i.e., electric cars), which have enjoyed an increasing level of global interest in recent years. Electrification of commercial vehicles (e.g., trucks) seems to be a natural progression of this journey, and many commercial vehicle manufacturers have shifted their focus on medium- and heavy-duty vehicle electrification over the last few years. In this paper, we present a comprehensive review and analysis of the existing works presented in the literature on commercial vehicle charging. The paper starts with a brief discussion on the significance of commercial vehicle electrification, especially heavy- and medium-duty vehicles. The paper then reviews two major charging strategies for commercial vehicles, namely the return-to-base model and the on route charging model. Research challenges related to the return-to-base model are then analysed in detail. Next, different methods to charge commercial vehicles on route during their driving cycles are summarized. The paper then analyzes the challenging issues related to charging commercial vehicles at public charging stations. Future works relevant to these challenges are highlighted. Finally, the possibility of accommodating vehicle to grid technology for commercial vehicles is discussed.

This article describes the Intelligent Community Vehicle System concept being promoted by the Honda Motor Corporation. The system used in conjunction with a mass transit system, offers a small pool of electric vehicles that travelers could use with an electronic key. The vehicles would not be owned by the drivers. This would allow the public to take advantage of electric vehicle technology without having to make long term investments.
