    Abstract:
85 yaks from Jiali and Yadong in Tibet were used to observ the serum isozymes of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, 5 bands of LDH isozymes (LDH_(1)-LDH_(5))were observed on the gels, and it was discovered that there exist three genetic variants (A、B and C)in H subunit of LDH, the C variant took 82.35 percent of the total. Also, the relative activity of LDH_(2)in the serum were significantly lower with A and B type of H subunit than that with C type in Jiali region, Its mechanism and significance remains further investigation.

Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) isozymes in the four tissues (heart, lung, muscle and skin) from five kinds of animal (Carassius auratus, Pelcdiscus sinensis, Pachytriton labiatus, Rana nigromaculata hallowell and Takydromus septentrionalis) have been compared by using simultaneous development of their activity staining on a single slab gel. The results indicate that LDH and SOD isozymes have specific particularity. Animals may be identified by special zymograms. The difference of LDH isozyme in different tissues is obvious while the difference of SOD isozyme not. It is hardly possible to reveal the relation of evolution on LDH and SOD isozymes.

Using vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Four isozymes in Hirudo nipponia and Haemadipa tianmushana were compared. Esterae (ES), malic dehydrogenase (MDH), peroxydase (POX) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were found to be determined by 15 alleles of 11 loci in them. The expressivity of the 4 isozymes and the patterns of LDH of the two leeches were similar. But the patterns of ES, MDH and POX were different between them. The systematic position of Hirudinea was discussed on a molecular level. The reasons of the difference of LDH activity in Hir. nipponia during hibernation and non-hibernation were also analyzed.

The zymogram phenotypes of esterase (EST), superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (PRX), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), tetrazolium oxidase (TO) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in rare males from parthenogenetic Artemia, females of bisexual Artemia and their progeny were determined by using polyacry lamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The expression of 35 allozymes at 19 loci coding for EST, SOD, PRX, ALP and TO allozymes was analysed. It was found that there existed both codominant and silent alleles expressed in the zymograms of EST, PRX and TO. The results show that SOD, PRX and ALP isozymes were monosomic, and the discanic isozymes appear in EST and TO zymogram phenotypes of the brine shrimps. It was indicated that LDH was monomrphic, and the other enzymes analysed were polymorphic.

Aim Inguired into the biochemical characteristrics of Echinochasmus fujianensis found in Fujian and Guangdong provinces. Methods Compared and analysed two strains by LDH isoenzyme eletrophoresis, discontinuous PAGE and thinlayer isoelectric equilibrium PAGE.Results Two strains both had five LDH isoenzyme, among them, LDH\-1、LDH\-4 and LDH\-5 had the same mobilities. There were nine bands in protein electrophoresis. Seven bands had the same isoelectric point. But there were differences in the mobilities of LDH\-2 and LDH\-3,the comparative amount of protein bands, total and specific activity of isoenzyme and the amount of A and B subunit. Conclusion Under the similar condition of genotypes, the differences of the biochemical inheritance can be contributed to the differences of LDH isoenzyme and protein.

Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), glutamic dehydrogenase (GDH), 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (6PGDH), peroxidase (PO), esterase (EST), acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), malate dehydrogenase (MDH), a-amylase (a-AMY), isocitrate dehydrogerase (ICD) of 10 different geographic strains of Artemia from China were studied by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method, 19 loci, 42 alleles were analysed. The cluster analysis of genetic identities is completed by use of Nei(1972)'s method. The experimental results showed that: (1) 10 different geographic strains of Artemia from China can be divided into 2 sibling species: A. parthenogenetica and A. sp. (bisexual species); (2) LDH, GDH, 6PGDH are monomorphic; (3) there is no electrophoretic difference observed between males and females of Artemia from Gong Nong and Yuncheng salt lakes.
