There exist certain problems in the countryside teachers,such as insufficiencies in structures,and redundancies in overall establishment.Many of the problems in the common countryside teachers,such as staff shortage,staff aging,and unprofessional teaching are all resulted from unreasonable established structures. Many teachers' professional and academic abilities are quite low.In order to resolve these problems mentioned above,we need to improve the structures of the countryside teachers,adjust the reasonable use of the talents,and resolve the funding shortage of the further education of the countryside teachers in all aspects.In addition,more policies should be provided towards the salaries and benefit of the countryside teachers.
