Abstract:
Container yard daily production organization is microscopic and scrupulous,but in previous simulation studies,details about container yard have been described roughly,and the entities have been simplified.In this case,the paper presents the concept of CYMSM(CYMSM: Container Yard Microanalysis Simulation Model),analyzes the characteristics of CYMSM,makes studies on CYMSM construction method in a general sense,and describes the four elements separately,which are Entity,Event,Activity Process(EEAP).This paper explores the operation rule which influences the validity of CYMSM,based on this,it has defined a corresponding simulation mechanism.This paper has also offered the evaluation index and adjustment mechanism of container yard simulation model based on the microscopic analysis.The results of the study can provide evidence for building container yard production operation simulation system.Keywords:

It presents the optimization of railway station container crane operation,and the issues on how to plan gantry crane operation sequence and reduce work times to be the key measure of yard work efficiency.So the multistage dynamic container storage allocation model is established,whose objective is to minimize the rearrangement times of scattered containers in a planning period in the mixed storage area of a container yard.The genetic algorithm is designed to find the solution.An example shows that the model and algorithm are able to optimize the scattered container storage allocation in mixed storage area effectively and raise the container yard operation efficiency.

In order to expedite the development in vocation of container transportation,improve the management level for container yard and realize automatization,the authors supplied a contented decision scheme for administrator by simulation modeling technology.In the course of researching the simulation model for container supervision,analyzing and researching the history data,the authors tried to construct the agent body for the arrival container,so as to make up a knowledgeable and self-adaptable simulation system.

The process and method of applying discrete event simulation technique to assisting gate system planning of container yard are discussed through a real simulation project,which is part of a container terminal planning project of a port in Shandong.The result shows that simulation based method can give more information to support gate system planning compared to formula based method and contribute to a more rational decision-making.

Railway container yard loading/unloading system is an important part of entire railway transportation network and it has direct influence on its operation efficiency.At present,simulation is an effective approach to container yard loading/unloading system design and technique planning.The paper analyzes its operation process and random events by means of simulation software eM-Plant and covers how the system is divided into several sub-systems,and then is modeled.The approach provides a reference for decision makers.Also,it analyzes the rationality of the container yard layout based on the built simulation model.

Handling flow of container terminal is a distributed complex system. It needs to break through the planed mode in advance to assign the yard position and yard crane for the importing container owing to the dynamic state and uncertainty of the handling process. The multi-agent technology, which provides the predominance of managing the real-time dynamic system, is used in the container terminal management by degrees. In this paper, firstly, the work flow of container terminal is introduced, that the traditional discharging plan method may cause the uncoordinated resource-utilization is analyzed and the improving methods are proposed; then, the system model based on the multi-agent is established, three kinds of agents - task agent, resource agent and management agent are abstracted while the analysis of yard schedule agent is emphasized; In accordance with the allocation principles of yard discharging plan, the referred key parameters in the bidding function for the yard crane are analyzed, and taking the importing container yard schedule for example, a negotiation model is designed to explain the process of the specific negotiation among each yard schedule agent. Finally, prototype system of all sorts of agents involved in a yard schedule is preliminarily established. Practice has proved that introducing the multi-agent technology into the yard schedule can improve the proportionality of yard crane operation and the efficiency of discharging.

컨테이너 운송에 있어서 해상운송은 가장 큰 부분을 담당하고 있다. 컨테이너 터미널의 관점에서 볼 때는 서로 중량이 다른 컨테이너를 선박에 고르게 적재(고중량 화물은 하단적, 저중량 화물은 상단적)함으로서 선박의 무게중심을 유지하여 선박의 안정성을 확보하고, 빠른 하역작업을 통한 선박의 정시성을 확보하기 위해 컨테이너 터미널의 장치장에서의 운영계획 (Planning)기술과 장치장 할당 방식이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 선적화물을 대상으로 터미널의 기존 야드 운영 방식을 설명하고, 본 연구에서 제안하는 게이트(Gate) 반입 화물량 예측(Time Base 운영 관리)을 통한 공간 할당 방식(Random Grouping)을 이용할 때의 장치장 활용도가 기존 방식에 비해 어느 정도 효율적인지를 비교 평가하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. Maritime transport has been occupying the biggest part of the container transportation market. With regard to container terminal management, the planning technology and the space allocation system on the yard are very significant factors to secure the stability of ship and to ensure the reliability of schedules of ship throughout keeping barycenter of vessel by right loading and fast handling of cargoes. The purposes of this paper are to illustrate the existing yard management systems such as Grouping method and Random Grounding method, and then to evaluate and compare the efficiency of yard availability between the existing management system(Grouping method) and Random Grouping which uses the forecasted inbound cargo volume at the gate by Time Base Operation.

The paper discusses the characteristic of container terminals automatic yard system and the purpose of system simulation. A series of numeric simulation model of the container yard logistics system were constructed based the AutoMod software. The models were checked up and applied in a certain container terminals automatic yard, the analysis of the results shows that the models were tried. Some research on the optimization of yard machine scheme was made, and some reasonable result achieved. All this provides the decision support for the terminal management.
