    Abstract:
Prevalence of antibodies IgG to Ch. trachomatis was researched into among 15 000 pregnant women of South of Kuzbass during 5 years, estimation of efficiency of additional testing by method of immunoenzyme analysis of levels of IgG antibodies to MOMP+pgp3, Hsp60 in blood of pregnant women with antibodies to Ch. trachomatis and symptoms of fetoplacental failure was carried out. It is revealed that antibodies were detected among 38,5% of pregnant women in 2011 and it is by 22,1% higher than in 2007, due to more revealing of pregnant women with a low titre (1:5-1:10). The research confirmed the efficiency of diagnosis chlamydial infection only with help of estimation titre IgG to Chlamydia trachomatis and showed that only a part of pregnant women, carrying antibodies to Ch. trachomatis and having antibodies to Hsp60, need a specific antibiotic therapy to take preventive measures against development of intrauterine infection. This diagnostic approach to estimation of risks in infection of a fetus of pregnant women carrying antibodies to Ch. trachomatis can be recommended to obstetriciangynecologists and neonatologists.
