    Abstract:
Laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy (LADG) is likely to become a standard procedure for gastric cancer, which highlights the importance of establishing a training system in which even inexperienced surgeons can perform this procedure safely. This study assesses our training system for LADG based on short-term surgical outcomes. We evaluated retrospectively the short-term outcomes of 100 consecutive LADGs with curative D1/D1+ lymph node dissection. Our training system was assessed based on the learning curve of trainees, and factors related to achieving good-quality operations were analyzed statistically. Overall, postoperative complications developed in 10 patients (10%), and included one case of anastomotic leakage (1%) and one case of pancreatic fistula (1%). The learning curve of the trainees plateaued after 10 operator cases in terms of operation time. The importance of the trainer's position was also confirmed by the result that the operation time was significantly longer when trainees with ≤10 operator cases performed LADG with a trainer as scopist vs. a trainer as the first assistant. Univariate and multivariate analyses revealed that >10 operator cases were the most important factor for achieving good-quality operations. These results show that our current LADG procedure and training system are appropriate and effective.

Abstract : This report presents an organized body of information useful for dealing with those human factors problems frequently encountered in the development of the Weapons System Trainer. Emphasis is given throughout to the general problems involved in developing the complete training system rather than to the analysis of details specific to given training systems. It summarizes basic human factors information which influences the design and construction of training devices. Successive chapters of the report are devoted to determining training needs, developing the environment for learning, understanding simulation requirements for training, developing a measurement capability, and discussing the human engineering problems in trainer design. As it provides a considerable background of human factors information pertinent to the synthetic ground environment, this report will be of interest to individuals directly concerned with Weapons System Training programs, preparing trainer specifications, developing training standards, and testing and evaluating simulation equipment. In the new times of new century that educational and training's work becoming the precursor, foundational, strategic project of the construction of cadre troop. About the operational mechanism of our party's cadre educational and training's work, what is training? Who is the trainer? How to promote the strength of training is urgently need to be studied more and more. Because it relates the educational system reform of our Party school and Administrative institute; the training grade order adjustment; the innovation of teaching operational mechanism and teaching ways and means; the structure and construction of discipline. This article is discussing about training、trainer and the strength of training based on the study of the systems engineering of cadre educational and training.

Simulation has traditionally been used for military training when: The systems being trained for are not yet built or completely functional, the maneuvers being trained are not safe to practice in the real system, or finally, when developing the appropriate skill level in the operator in the simulators is cost effective and transfers well to the real system. Traditionally there have been two types of simulation training in the military. (1) Skill-based training is used for initial training on a new system. These simulators become less and less acceptable for tactical training as the operators become more skilled. (2) Procedures-based training is involved in training for some subset of a complex system such as a weapons system trainer or instrument flight trainer. Recently a third type of simulation, Expertise-based training, has emerged that combines qualities of both Skill-based and Procedures-based simulation. Expertise-based training refers to that training that emphasizes the type of responses expected from a very experienced operator performing in his operational environment, i.e. skill + procedures + tactical doctrine. An example of a large scale networked simulation exercise is discussed. The paper concludes with the caution that without a carefully controlled set of transfer of training experiments with expertise-based trainers there is no real data to support the usefulness of this type of simulation training.

With the growing number of professional sports training or national training began apply motion capture to sports training. Motion capture system is to assist training experts from multiple perspectives to observe trainer movements, and obtain the trainer of multiple motion parameters and physiological indexes, providing a reliable basis for scientific training. This paper develops auxiliary training system for badminton movement based on the analysis of the motion capture device, offering training guidance, rapidly improving the level of the trainer.

In this article,we discussed about a simulation trainer, which is designed with Vtree SDK.The structure of this system is described thoroughly.Although the structure of this system is simple,we afford a real operating environment by simulating the gunner's main operating component. The design thought of this system software is mainly explained in the article. At the same time,we thoroughly analyzed all the part of this system software and the function of every model block. The system provide a vivid training environment, thus the training effect is obviously promoted while the cost of the training is significantly reduced.

Abstract : As weapon systems grow increasingly complex and sophisticated, the training requirements for operator personnel become correspondingly more demanding. This increase in training requirements, coupled with increased operational costs, necessitates the use of simulators as an integral part of many training programs. With the introduction of device 2F114, A-6E Weapon System Trainer, the A-6 community will have a state-of-the-art simulator to employ in their training programs. Along with new devices, training programs must become more responsive to factors influencing training effectiveness and transfer of training. This report explores factors influencing simulator training effectiveness, and compares them with factors incorporated in device 2F114 and proposed training syllabi. Appendix B, 'Alternatives in Bombardier/Navigator Training,' identifies syllabus flights that have the potential to be substituted by the A-6E Weapon System Trainer. (Author)

In this paper, we developed a digital taekwondo trainer system based on the electronic protector was authorized by the World Taekwondo Federation for the improvement of training effects and athletic performances. Our system consists of E-kick Bag with sensors for sensing hits, taekwondo trainer program and receiver for interconnection of E-kick Bag to program. Taekwondo trainer system also has an advantage to improve training effects and athletic performances such as hit-accuracy and reaction velocity by appointing a hitting target for users with 6 LED indicators. The taekwondo trainer program is a user interface to provide training courses such as progress training of response time and stamina, preparation training for real sparring by training scenario. It has also characteristics which are to strengthen and supplement pros and cons by analyzing hitting intensity and accuracy from training.
