    To aim at the limitations of the classical models of Lewis and Todaro in the analysis of China's population flow. Begin with the mechanism model of dual structure dynamic mechanism of population flow. By comparing and analyzing P-N junction theoretical model and obvious dual structure factor existing in the process our country's urbanization, combining with relevant theories and models of urbanization at home and abroad. Describing dual structure dynamic characteristic of population flow and building a new model of population flow in the process of urbanization. Finally, using Dalian's data of population flow to check this model and achieving satisfactory results.

    Population flow and material flow are the core elements of the “space of flows.” Studying the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of these two types of flows (TToF) can provide us a greater understanding of the research area. Most of the existing works related to TToF only focus on exploring the difference characteristics of one of the members of TToF in a certain time or space scale in the research area. Different from these related works, the spatial-temporal characteristics of the population flow and material flow in Taiwan Province and the spatial-temporal autocorrelation of Taiwan’s expressway network are explored by means of multimembership and layer-by-layer refinement. The research work carried out in this paper includes the following: (1) studying the differentiated characteristics of the TToF in different time units; (2) studying the spatial differences among each type of the TToF under different scales; (3) dividing both the population flow and material flow into two subtypes and then analyzing the temporal variation characteristics of the four subtypes of flows; and (4) studying the global and local spatial-temporal autocorrelation of Taiwan’s expressway network. The results show the following. (1) The spatial-temporal differentiation characteristics of the TToF are obvious in different time units and on different scales. (2) The contribution of the population flow to the TToF in flow quantities is far greater than that of the material flow. (3) The population flow and material flow are dominated by the “minority population flow” and “small-scale material flow,” respectively. (4) Meanwhile, in Taiwan’s expressway network, there is a significant spatial-temporal positive correlation mainly reflected in the spatial first-order adjacent road sections.

    Through analyzing the formation mechanism of large-scale population flow in China,the author thinks that the economic and social system variances have caused the large-scale population flow in our country.If the economic difference and income difference which have existed for many years can not be changed fundamentally,the situation of large-scale population flow will continue to exist for a long time.

    Individuals in streams are constantly subject to predominantly unidirectional flow. The question of how these populations can persist in upper stream reaches is known as the "drift paradox." We employ a general mechanistic movement-model framework and derive dispersal kernels for this situation. We derive thin- as well as fat-tailed kernels. We then introduce population dynamics and analyze the resulting integrodifferential equation. In particular, we study how the critical domain size and the invasion speed depend on the velocity of the stream flow. We give exact conditions under which a population can persist in a finite domain in the presence of stream flow, as well as conditions under which a population can spread against the direction of the flow. We find a critical stream velocity above which a population cannot persist in an arbitrarily large domain. At exactly the same stream velocity, the invasion speed against the flow becomes zero; for larger velocities, the population retreats with the flow.

    There is a limit when the Todaro Model is used to population flow in Chinese undeveloped city. This paper begins with the real fact of China, combine the advantages and disadvantages of classic model which of home and abroad. We research the population flow in Chinese undeveloped city with the combination of Todaro model and P-N junction model. At last, we text the new constructed model with the data of population flow from Yunnan province, then have a conclusion.
