Abstract:
We carried out an in-vivo and in-vitro evaluation of a new polyamide hollow fiber hemofilter especially designed to operate under conditions of low pressure and low blood flow, such as in continuous arteriovenous hemofiltration (CAVH). The results obtained suggest that this filter is a prototype of a new generation of hemofilters especially designed for CAVH. Its low resistance permits its use even in patients with severe hypotension. The high blood flows achieved at a given pressure reduce the risk of clotting and increase the ultrafiltration rate. When an average ultrafiltration of 20-25 ml/min is achieved in 24 hours CAVH becomes very efficient, and alternative techniques to increase its efficiency are no longer required.Keywords:

In order to research the performance of silver-coated polyamide filament,the physical mechanical properties and conductibility of silver-coated Polyamide filament were investigated.The results indicate that breaking strength of 140D/40f and 40D/12f silver-coated Polyamide filament is lower than that of polyamide.But breaking elongation is higher than that of polyamide.Resistance of silver-coated polyamide filament is higher than that of polyamide.Thus it greatly improves the antistatic property of product.The bonding power between silver plating layer and basal body is very strong.So the durability of silver-coated Polyamide filament is very well.

Abstract Ten common dinitrophenyl amino acids were used to test the performance of polyamide layer chromatography for quantitative analysis. The polyamide layer is used as the stationary phase and U. V. photometric method is employed for quantitative estimation. The results show that high accuracy of quantitative analysis by polyamide layer can be achieved. Possibility of repeated use of polyamide layer was discussed also.
